hated this when it first came out, rewatched it and LOVED it afterwards, everything about it was smooth calm and collected. all out enjoyable and the ending when he gave her the phone and colored pencils, ugh just loved it. noticed the laugh track wasn't making my ears bleed this time, because i honestly think they didn't use it :P great episode

it's funny i loved this episode when it first came out, then when i rewatched it and rewatched i realized... THIS EPISODE SUCKED! lol dialogue was off, riley was annoying, there's NO chemistry with her and lucas, lucas again CAN'T ACT to save his poor handsome soul, and ava needs a SMACK to the face. i found myself rooting for missy lol go missy, get your man girl lol. maya was good for what little she had, glad to see she showed that it's just not natural to know how to flirt as a KID. kids need to see that, stop trying to act grown you brats out here >:) all in all this episode, and riley's attire, was BAD. not horrible, just not what it was when i first watched it.

maya got on my nerves, girl DO YOUR HOMEWORK you're not special. walking out of class when the teacher is "disciplining you". psh, my 4 year old niece knows how to put her baby brother in place better than corey can these students. U_U this episode is one that i like nevertheless, i liked the whole scene when maya was getting some help from corey and riley. thought that was a good scene, sometimes we need to help people with simple things like homework :) but she shouldn't have gotten her grade changed, bet he wouldn't do that to other kids. idk all in all i do like this episode a lot. sabrina did shine as always, but still her walking out the class made me want to bop her >:) oh and the scene at the dance smh <3<3<3<3<3 hands down beautiful and sweet. she deserved that dance just as much as any other girl :]

dialogue was terrible, random scenes like farkle gasping and riley walking backwards, were they high when directing these people? the only redeeming factor was the cute little girl at the end of the episode. god bless that angel for redeeming this pulled out of the dumpster episode, god bless :']

was looking forward to this episode and was personally let down. everything was pointless, was is supposed to feel bad for that old lady? all in all this episode sucked.

"Another episode where a character wants to change herself? Really? This show is getting repetitive. Every other episode is about a character changing herself/ getting a make over. Riley wanting to be like Maya, Riley becoming nerd, and now making over a nerd. There's only been around 8 episodes so far... and they've already repeated the same plot 3 times." didn't even notice but you're right lol this episode though was actually enjoyable out of those three. smackle was sweet as pie, not in teh way she was acting throughout the episode but the actress herself was just so sweet and cute lol. i did like the ending with her speech, the hug, and they boy riley gave her. all of it was just great. glad to see it wasn't an episode where glasses are seen as terrible, granted they were the first thing riley/maya pulled off of smackle's face when making her over ( i was frustrated at that), but other things made up for it. "Dang. That's frustrating. We're there ever any repeat plots in BMW? It's been too long since I've seen it to remember." Why is it that every time someone says something about this show, something negative or points out something that bothers them, people bring it back to boy meets world. people holler "don't compare the two shows" but then compare the two shows to justify sticking up for it when someone says something negative. "oh BMW was cheesy, and oh farkle and minkus are alike" to that last one, minkus was NOTHING like farkle!! that's what's frustrating to me, BMW was better than this show and always will be!! the show i standing on it's own-on it's own-has way more flaws than one can ignore simply because oh the show it's based off of was somewhat similar U_U

this episode was borderline BORING. that's all i have to say about it because i didn't even pay attention enough to get anything else from, was too busy on my phone -_-. but in reality though i don't really like flashback or into the future type episodes anyway, but i figured since i watch this show i'd watch this episode, but in the end it was watching me BEGGING for the attention i was giving my twitter.

i agree Frisco,, would've told riley to get the freak outta my house if you're not going to respect it. just because i don't have tons and i don't live in a cookie cutter neighborhood doesn't mean you should disrespect where i reside. i hate this kind of stuff in real life, my friends think i live in a freaking hood. we have our issues but there are neighborhoods in the city that wish they had our problems >:(. riley sucked in this episode and i didn't feel like she learned a lesson. in fact, I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT WAS BEING TAUGHT lol this episode was all over the place. the baseball scene was horrendous, the whole episode shouldn't have been done. this show is mediocre at best and this is coming from a somewhat fan of it. there are fans who watch this show but won't say how they really feel about some of it's episodes because they're afraid of backlash and what not, i'm one of the few who couldn't care less. i'm gonna be real, this show needs some help. michael jacobs needs to sit down somewhere and let someone else take over while he works in the sidelines, the only thing reminding me it's a spin off is his logo at the end of each episode. dog with a blog did their halloween episode far better than this, because they're too busy trying to shove lesson down our throats. they could've had fun with this episode, auggie should've taken over this episode and i don't like his character. but i feel like this should've been his episode, it could've all be a dream he was having or something make believe, something for kid viewers to look at and enjoy because let's be real they're the only ones getting pumped about disney's halloween lineup. give them something to laugh at and have fun with, this episode was off lol. try again mike try again....

this episode was okay. not really funny, i can tell they were trying to be funny but i've laughed at a whole season of dog with a blog combined compared to this one episode alone. also i liked the scenes with harley and the guys, it was nice to get away from riley and maya at some points. i like the message also because everyone deserves appreciation, and i loved the scene with riley showing appreciation for topanga. REALLY great lesson for kids. all in all okay episode :P

i like this episode, but it has a lot of flaws itself!! first of all peyten meyer just comes off as unbelievable in his so called close friendship with farkle. he says he's his best friend but i wasn't feeling it, kid sounds like he's reading index cards right in front of him instead of, idk, ACTING it out. take some classes kid, some better ones. also can ava get kidnapped or something, idc how extreme that is girl needs to go. she's in no way a great add to the show, i skip pass her a lot. and what was with the cheesy fight, old dude wouldn't whooped lucas up and down the gymnasium in real life. granted i didn't expect them to take it that far and they didn't need to frankly, BUT let's be real he could've shoved him and said "hey man you wanna do this or what?" ya know, ask him if he really wants to fight him. THEN have lucas back down. michael jacobs please get your life for that nonsense scene. i did enjoy farkle in this episode, wanted to hug him he was so cute and didn't need to be bullied. really jealousy though? that's the reason? i mean both boys and girls are capable of being jealous of someone, but it just wasn't a good reason. there are other kids in the school besides riley, maya, and lucas, he couldn't find other friends outside of them :\ and another thing, this is minor, maya wrote broken on her head and that idk just made me so mad lol i wanted to say girl there's NOTHING broken about you. yeah you have family issues that may get to you sometimes but you're anything but broken. shawn hunter exhibited someone who was broken. maya just reminds me of a toned down sam puckett from icarly. da freak? psh broken, get outta here. besides all that as a whole i enjoyed this episode and don't worry i wasn't nitpicking throughout the episode, my nitpicking comes after i watch it because at the end of the day it's a decent show even with it's flaws. i look forward to rowan every Friday, grew up with boy meets world but rowan is the ONLY reason i watch this show!!! :P *old dude would have* \

This episode was real nice. I loved the mother/daughter scene with Riley and Topanga, nice lessons for moms to let your young daughters know they're beautiful even though they dont have all the vava voom look to them. Riley making things up with Auggie was sweet as pie, Maya was cool, and Farkle had me dying. The only things that got on my nerves was the flashbacks to BMW. WE GET IT, ITS A SPINOFF U_U. Auggie also got on my nerves with his whining, found myself yelling BOY SHUT YUP lol other than that loved it. Can't get over that mother/daughter scene

the only good thing about this episode was Riley's outfit.
