So glad to come here and see the reactions about two of this weekend's new movies matching mine - watched Christmas Bedtime Stories last night and was just so irate - not that Colby survived, but that he's going to show up after three years as a prisoner, with the SAME HAIRCUT, no signs that he's been a prisoner (not only not a hair out of place, but he's not lost any weight?), and that he'd basically wandered to some embassy which shipped him back to his DAUGHTER'S FATHER/DAUGHTER DANCE, without a word to his country of origin, let alone his military commanders? But then how did he get the nice new uniform, oh what, surely his captors had it hanging in the closet in a dry cleaning bag? No. Just NO. And as far as Jolly Good Christmas -- Will Kemp, I love you, man, but please for the love of god, never attempt an American accent again. PLEEEEEASE? (very happy to see that he's signed a multi-movie contract with Hallmark, BTW).

Seth also does his show the week of Thanksgiving and most of the other shows are off that week. They have the Myers family show on Thanksgiving night. I like that we get Evie more frequently!

The hosts and their team sign a contract to perform so many weeks of shows per year/season. These don’t always get spread out the way we’d like - I think there was discussion here or another forum about how August sees many late night shows shutter for three or four weeks. There is some magical algorithm that seems to get many of the shows on the same pattern which frankly sucks. But they really aren’t taking any more time off now then in the past — maybe an extra week or two over the last couple of years (thanks, COVID). And then we’re going to see a week or two dark at Thanksgiving and two to three around Christmas.

I’m interested in what Cassian’s fellow prisoner was signaling to another wing - maybe it was just ‘another shitty day over her in 5D2’ or is there more going on? Also - it really sucks that after all Cassian DIDN’T get caught doing, he really truly WAS arrested, tried, and convicted for being a tourist. That is some absolute bullshit there!

*angrily stomping around house and grumpily pushing inanimate objects like they're an annoying younger siblings because I have to WAIT to see what's next* This season has been incredible, and the performances have been soooo good. When Rhaenyra turned around at the end, I think I wet my pants a bit - I would NOT want to be Aemond or Alicent right now. Emma D'Arcy nailed that moment.

We just had three in a row - and next week will be the Halloween show. I think they do better if they break after three shows, four seems to really lead to weak effort for the last one.
