I just can't wait until Kim channels Princess Di for her next photoshoot and the Internet really loses its' shit.

I think North looks adorable in the pictures. It's nice to see her dressed like a lady lady instead of being forced to wear kiddie lingerie.

OMG, Kim in a Princess Di wig. I can hardly wait.

Did she actually say that she wants North to have siblings? Poor Saint, he's forgotten already, & most likely looked at as "North's sibling", like an appendage. My guess is that Saint probably barely knows the word "Mama" or "Dada" or even "Northie", & only knows the nanny, as she's probably the only regular person in his life. I can't believe that Kanye doesn't put a stop to the favoritism. If my husband publicly favored one of our kids over the other, I'd cut that fast.

    Yep, she did say it:

    http://www.cnn.com/2017/03/27/entertainment/kim-kardashian-west-baby/index.html

"Kim Kardashian West wants another baby" March 27, 2017

... ' Kim Kardashian West says she wants a third child with her husband, Kanye West. In a clip released Sunday for the reality show 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians,' the 36-year-old reflects on the possibility that such a pregnancy would be high-risk. 'I want my kids to have siblings, but the doctors don't feel like it's safe for me," Kardashian West says..."

Later, she and Kanye hired a surrogate for the next baby:

  3. Ugh, ridiculous pictures! Kim in blackface, and a drag queen wig so high it just about scrapes the ceiling. Her facial expressions are lifeless. What was she trying to do, imitate a bad wax figure of Jackie?

There is no time on this planet that Kim could ever be anything like Jackie, who had class, grace, style, and an education.

I'm not going to give Interview any clicks for this fuckery.

I'm really hoping the fact that the post at the top of the page is from July 23rd and it's now August 24th means her way much longer than 15 minutes of fame is almost up.  I can't think of anything new Kim can do to be 'shocking'.  She basically walks around in public in her underwear now, when she isn't wearing completely sheer clothing.  Unless she goes the completely nude route, she's old news.  It's telling that Kendall seems to be in the center of the PR photos released for the upcoming season.

She'll get another 15 minutes when the twins (from the surrogate mom) are born.

Last night after Kody's bath, we went to the breeder's. Art loves seeing how big he is getting. He is impressed that I picked Kody, he relunctantly let me have pick of the litter because of Joe's illness, and that we were the first to know of the litter and put down the deposit. So last night, he says to us, "I can write you a check right now for him." LOL. Art let Uta, his mother come out and mother and son immediately recognized one another. Seriously, kinda choked me up seeing that and knowing I would be taking him away again. You can see Uta was happy to see Joe and thank him! There is only one male pup left, Art said he is keeping him. So Kody and his brother Nohma played for 45 minutes.

I love these pictures!  Kody and his mom are beauties. So nice to see them visiting.

    Kody is growing very fast.

  6. TMZ has a follow-up article. Chyna made it look like she was giving back two cars Rob gave her as gifts, the Lambo and the Ferrari, but TMZ says both cars were leased. TMZ says Rob is also making the lease payments on the Range Rover Chyna "gave" him. Not sure why this is newsworthy, since it's already known that the Kardashians like to lease luxury cars rather than buy them

    http://www.tmz.com/2017/08/21/blac-chyna-rob-kardashian-range-rover-steal-ferrari-lambo-lease/

"Blac Chyna: Sure, She Gave Rob Lambo and Ferrari. They Were Leased!!!"

"We've just learned ... all three vehicles were LEASED! So, when Chyna gave Rob back the Lambo and Ferrari, she washed her hands of any lease payments. We're also told the Ranger Rover was leased and Rob is making the payments."

Just wondering how Chyna could get out of the car lease payments, if she's the one who signed the lease contract(s). Can people sub-lease a car? Or did the car dealer make a new lease contract(s) with Rob? Maybe celebrities get to fool around with car lease contracts in ways not available to ordinary people. Or if Rob and Chyna were leasing rom a car dealership in which Scott has an ownership interest, maybe he took care of the details for them.

It's all just a showing-off game. "Look at my expensive possessions!" (Which I don't actually own!)

LOL!  Many of my passwords include F, FT, or FU -- eff or eff this or eff you. I love insulting difficult websites, like e-mail sites, bank sites and government sites. Of course it doesn't hurt them, but it gives me a pleasant little sensation of revenge every time I type my profane passwords.

I loved Supr's meme (above) about the cabbage password!

JAY Z says Kanye "crossed the line"

I don't really blame Jay Z. Children are NOT fair game to be dragged into public rants, even famous celebrity kids like Blue Ivy. Now as for Beyonce, even though Jay thinks it was against the [unwritten] rules for Kayne to rant about his wife, Beyonce is a major public figure.

This doesn't sound good: "Jay says Kanye knows how seriously pissed off he is ... and the two aren't close to resolving it."

Joe on the roof removing the old shingles. They were 44 years old! Just dust particles holding hands!

    I

"Dust particles holding hands"  LMAO! Seriously, that was a huge job for you and Joe to do, but worth all the money you saved. I dread roof problems because of the cost. My roof wasn't that old, but I still had to have it replaced 3 years ago because the insurance company got on my back about it. It's true that I had a leak in one room, so it worked out for the best. A contractor who was a friend of my husband's did the work for a good price, compared to what a regular roofing company would have charged.

Your garden looks fabulous. Mine never looks that neat and clean. I have a lot of that same kind of fern. I hate to cut them down because they're so airy and pretty, but they spread too much. I am always seeing new clumps pop up.

I sprained my foot this evening.  While I am naturally klutzy, Mr. Hag is at fault for leaving a case of beer in the back hallway. I came in from outside and tripped right over it.  As you can imagine, I gave him hell because I've been bugging him for 3 days to put it away.  He's still stalling.  "I'll get to it."  It's always "will", "could", or "might"; never "doing" or "did".  I had to reschedule a business meeting.  He needs to y derstand that I am the major breadwinner.  If Mama can't work, no one gets anything.  Plus, it hurts like hell.  End of rant. Thanks for listening.

Arrrggghhh!  How frustrating. You kept saying move it, and he didn't, and then you're the one who ended up suffering for it.

  11. Cricket, this is so exasperating that you're in pain, ran up all these bills on tests, and they can't find anything! (Also exasperating that the office screwed up your insurance!) Can't they at least prescribe a temporary painkiller for you?

Sorry to hear Joe has another blood clot. He looks great in the photo with Kody. That little doggie is growing like a weed. He's such a cute furbaby! Very expressive eyes. Right now he's all ears and feet, but soon he'll start to grow into his adult shape.

  12. You know, these weed names sound like characters in a Victorian mystery novel. (With some slight spelling changes.)

The famous detective Harry Bittercress and his sidekick Dr. Spurge investigate the murder of the exotic Lady Malva Fastigiata, who was found deceased by her maid, Miss Purslane, on the lush grounds of her estate, Deadnettle Manor.  The cause of death appears to be some sort of vinegar poisoning. Whodunit? Was it Creeping Charlie, a sleazy fellow a history of stalking wealthy women, or was it the tough ex-con Burdock?

  13. Very sad to hear about Glen Campbell. His family (and the public) knew this was coming, because he was open about having Alzheimer's. The world has lost a great entertainer and a fine person.

Horrible disease. My mother had it. I fervently hope that scientists can find some way to reverse Alzheimer's.

This is a tough one to get rid of..........here's an article.  It also has projectile seeds!!

Best way  to deal with it - hand pulling before seed sets and mulch.  I use about 2-3" of mulch in all my garden beds, so don't have a ton of weeds, except this nasty thistle, to contend with.

    https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/weeds/purslane-control.htm

I think I'm going to try three methods next weekend - vinegar, cutting to the ground and my stuff from Garden's Alive.

I should have known better and not pulled these buggers up.  I should have known.

I've tried deep mulch like that, but weed vines crawl right on top of it. They love mulch! The worst weed vine in my yard is Creeping Charlie, also known as ground ivy. Botanical name is Glechoma hederacea.

Wtf is going on with her cheeks and lips? Does she go to the plastic surgeon every 6 months for bigger breasts and lips? She looks a MESS, I'm all for women going to get a nip and a tuck to boost thier self esteem, but when you don’t even look like yourself you've gone too far.

She hasn't looked like her real self for a couple of years now. She's gradually making herself into a plastic surgery nightmare, with all these extreme procedures -- giant boobs, huge lips, big new Kardashian style butt. It's a shame to see this in someone so young.

It's true that money can't buy happiness. Kylie has millions, but she still hates her natural body.

Caitlyn told such a long convoluted story about why she wore the hat that it sounds like a lie. She was so careless and tone deaf that she did something stupid and offensive, and is now trying to cover her ass. Best comment I read about this was on Dlisted: Don't break a fingernail while you're furiously pushing the damage control button!

Fascinating. Just think, back in 1990, none of this existed. We were spending our precious minutes doing other things. I noticed that I unintentionally cut back on doing real-life things I enjoyed, like sewing, when I started spending a lot of time online.  That's sad. Real life activities should be most important.

I use Revolution for mine, even though they are indoor only cats. It protects against fleas, ticks and heart worm.

I use Revolution too. I've tried Frontline and Pet Armor (which is generic Frontline, according to my vet), and found that Revolution works much better.

My vet mentioned a new flea/tick medicine called Bravecto that lasts three months and is supposed to have greater flea/tick/larvae killing power than the other medicines. However, I'm afraid to use it after reading a couple of blogs about how strong the chemical is, and how some animals have gotten sick after it was applied.

For temporary relief of a heavy flea infestation that is driving the cat crazy, you can give the cat a Capstar pill. Either get him to swallow the pill, or grind it up and mix it in food. Capstar kills all the fleas within six hours. It only kills the adult fleas, so the cat will have fleas again when the eggs hatch a few days later. But it can give kitty some short term relief from itching and scratching. I bought Capstar on Amazon, but vet clinics probably have it.

  19. Another invasive plant: mint. I love to put a couple of fresh mint leaves in my tea, but it spreads in your garden like CRAZY. I could never drink that much tea! It's best to grow your mint in a pot so you can control it. Or just cheat and buy a little package of fresh mint in the grocery store produce section.

Isn't it funny how some of the perennial plants you really like are not only non-invasive, but you can't even get them to come back for one year? I have tried over and over to get phlox, foxglove, and coneflowers to come back. No luck. I've had the most perennial success with daylilies and nicotiana. Some of my daylilies are 25 years old, and I think the nicotiana patch is at least 15 years old.

  20. Hardy hibiscus are also called "althea" and "Rose of Sharon." I have lots of them in my yard, some white with red centers, and some reddish purple. They bloom best in sun but will bloom in part shade too. I prune them every fall. Two years ago I let a large one grow instead of pruning it, and it's a small tree now, full of blooms. They attract bumblebees, among other insects. Yes, they're invasive. You get numerous little altheas coming up around the big ones.

Talk about invasive plants:  golden rain tree! They have gorgeous sprays of yellow flowers, but each little flower turns into a big seed pod and drops on the ground. Then you get little GRTs all over everywhere. I had to cut my GRT when it got 20 feet tall because it kept spreading limbs all over my car park area and shading out my other plants. That was three years ago, and new ones are still coming up. Even the stump sprouts every year, although I've sprayed it with herbicide several times.

Here are pics of a golden rain tree and seed pods.
