I certainly don't think that Chelsie is, like, on the level of Jun or Dan, but I think she's still a very good player. The best players realize that you need to surround yourself with dumb people, and Chelsie has taken every opportunity available to her to cut anyone who was even REMOTELY a threat to her. Yes, she obviously had some good luck with T'Kor being devoted to her because she was a Black woman, but she also fostered and developed that connection when she saw it, so it's not like she didn't do anything about it, and she was also lucky that Tucker was an idiot, but HGs are TYPICALLY idiots, ya know? So yes, Chelsie is not some icon or whatever, but she's still pretty darn good. I've said it before, but I lump her in with the Hayden, Derrick, and Maggies of the world. A tier two winner, with most winners being tier three.

Agreed. I think she just plans on letting Rubina, Makensy and Cam fight for the right to take her to F3. That said, I also think she will try very hard to win F4 HOH just to be safe.

That's really the key, right? We'd find out the game as soon as they're done telling her. If she runs to Chelsie with it, no chance. If she doesn't...a SLIGHT chance.

Wow, that's outright shocking. But, like, you're willing to do THAT, but not get rid of Chelsie? Like, WHY, dude?

I mean, if Kimo and Rubina were ever going to do ANYTHING THEY COULD to drill into Makensy's head why it makes sense to cut Chelsie, NOW WOULD BE THE TIME. But, well, A. They won't, because they suck, and B. They won't get through to her even if they tried (partially because they suck, partially because Makensy is dumb, but also, to be frank, partially because at this point, with her other allies gone, it probably DOESN'T make sense to get rid of Chelsie).

I do agree that it was impressive to see Rubina trying SOMEthing.

I just think that smart players like Chelsie SEEK OUT morons like Makensy, so I don't think it is a shot at Chelsie that she is playing with morons, that's what smart players do, they manipulate morons.

Hahaha...that is hilarious. The sad thing is that even with a chance at a shot at Chelsie, it actually legitimately WOULDN'T make sense for Makensy to take the shot at her this week.

The only vague hope we have is that whoever is left between Rubina and Kimo wins HoH next week, and that Makensy wins POV. Makensy would probably still vote Cam out over Chelsie, but it's not a LOCK. Then you'd have a F3 of Makensy, Chelsie and Rubina/Kimo, and....yeah, never mind, Chelsie is pretty much guaranteed a F2 spot, and therefore, a win.

If she beasts her way to the end, she'll TAKE Chelsie!

Makensy is not targeting Chelsie, so it doesn't matter for her, does it? We just really need Rubina or Kimo to win POV. Honestly, isn't this IDEAL for Chelsie, as it will be MAKENSY who eliminates Rubina and Kimo, right?

I think he IS a nice guy who doesn't love drama, but I also think he's sort of in a situation where Chelsie is SO high strung that he knows well enough to match her energy by being the opposite. For instance, let's say he had been able to bro down, I bet he would have been a lot more aggressive in his interactions, matching their energy, while here, he's BALANCING Chelsie's energy. It's fascinating to see the different social interactions you run into in the house.

She totally played into that with T'Kor, though. She saw T'Kor's viewpoint, and smartly egged her on. Yes, it was good fortune that T'Kor had her very specific viewpoint of who should win BB this year, but she kept that fire burning. Derrick also had a LOT of shit go JUST right for him, but he still played it well. I think Chelsie will be on par with Derrick, Hayden, and Maggie. Someone who was in control the whole time and didn't really need to do MUCH, but what they DID do was smart. These big alliances fall apart ALL OF THE TIME. Chelsie managed to keep hers from falling apart, even after Kimo and T'Kor took their shot at her early on. She responded to that turn REALLY well, and was back in control, like, the next week (in part due to a mind-numbingly dumb decision by Tucker, but, again, MOST BB HGS ARE DUMB).

Johnny Mac saw his Goodbye Messages before returning in BB17, and Victor saw his Goodbye Messages before returning in BB18, just to name two off the top of my head.

They've had battlebacks after showing goodbye messages before. But yes, I think there isn't enough time for a battleback. I suspect it will instead be some nonsense like Ainsley will "kidnap" them for a competition.

Yeah, that's the fucked up thing. Makensy pushed back on Chelsie BIG TIME on putting Leah up, until the DR got in her head about saving Angela. I don't think the DR really cared about getting rid of Leah specifically, but I think they really want Angela to stick around, and, well, that sucks. To be fair, though, most HGs, even the dumb ones, are not dumb enough to be swayed by the DR, as the DR is always trying to sway HGs. So Makensy has to own this stupidity, but it still sucks that the DR put its thumb on the scale this week.

What's hilarious to me is if somehow Kimo or Rubina wins DPOV and gets rid of Cam, I think both Kimo and Rubina would MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYBE still take Chelsie over each other to the finals. They can't be THAT dumb, though, can they? And what's funny is that Makensy fucked Angela over so much that if Angela wins DEHOH, she'll probably send Makesny home, and I couldn't even blame her.

It's incredibly boring, and they're all handing the win to Chelsie for no good reason, but to be frank, top four is a pretty fantastic result for Kimo and Rubina, right? So it's hard to even be too pissed at them. And heck, all they need to do is win F3 HoH and one of them will make the finals (although I guess I wouldn't put it past Rubina to vote herself out if she wins F3 HoH because Chelsie deserves it more).
