  1. Stronger Than Me - Amy Winehouse Stronger Than Me - Connie Britton (Nashville)
  2. Julie definitely won't be discussing it on this show. She's not even on and the other hosts have completely ignored the new video of the other pig Weinstein (for obvious reasons). I saw the promo for Monday's show and there was (old) footage of Julie, but no mention if she'd be back. If she's going to resign she may as well rip the Band-Aid off ASAP and get it over with.
  3. I get the feeling that initially Big Kev and Vince were bigger buddies than their wives, but now that both women have their messy personal lives splashed everywhere for all the world to see while pretending like everything's peaches and sunshine, they've found kindred spirits in each other. Probably another installment of the tired "would you let an authority figure spank your kid at school?" topic a lot of talk shows discuss for the umpteenth time. The last Wendy talked about it she said she was fine with teachers/the principal chastising Lil' Kev, but only she and Big Kev could physically punish him. I don't know what her stance would've been today. Being a woman who's allowed to change her mind and all...
  4. You were right, Apprentice. Once Julie leaves, trust and believe Sharon will be making veiled digs and insinuations about her like she does Leah and Holly.
  5. Kym Whitley was fun (I miss her reality show on OWN), but New York and Flav? Please exit stage left and rekindle your dysfunctional relationship elsewhere. Next week is the Iyanla episode. Get them, beloved!
  6. Standing up and speaking out isn't cashing in on anything. It's doing what's right. Keeping quiet has allowed the likes of Weinstein, Moonves and many others in all types of industries whose names we'll never know to get away with their crimes. Like the previous poster said, Olivia's actions gave that girl her power back. Beautiful segment.
  7. My feelings exactly. She was quiet as a church mouse when Mama Braxton shouted from the rooftops that she witnessed Vince abusing her and that the other sisters saw her turn up with bruises and she's been to the hospital at least twice. Now Tamar's denying any abuse and basically called her mother a liar. I do believe that she was molested (I wasn't surprised when she said it for some reason), but I don't believe Iyanla "slut shamed" her. That woman is an abuse survivor herself and has never used her platform to shame a fellow survivor. I saw a clip of the Braxton's episode with Iyanla and Tamar was her usual lip smacking, neck rolling self while Iyanla called her to the carpet about her delivery and antics. Being held accountable is only "abrasive" and "too much" when she's on the receiving end. Why does Wendy think these people want to be her BFFs? "I can't get close to you because when you mess up it means I have to talk about you!" Never stopped her before.
  8. And she was thinking "I'm definitely toast without the pig protecting me!" And she'd be right.
  9. Thinking of and praying for you, @Mindthinkr! "Booby". LOL. When it comes to DWTS her hatred and contradictions knows no bounds. I turned it off after Tepid Topics.
  10. If there are any Sharon fans, they definitely don't post here. I bet Garcelle is sitting somewhere thinking "thank the Lord they didn't hire me!" Lol.
  11. The phone rang in another room when they introduced him and I missed the segment. Did they talk about the offensive caricature of Serena? She's a genuine moron, but plays it up a bit to seem "cute". And she fails. Every.single.time. I noticed today that each of them introduced a different topic and although I'd prefer the other three taking turns moderating, it's better than watching Sharon screw up the whole show. I read that it was written in his contract that he can still be a consultant, but that doesn't make it any less outrageous and disgusting. I never cared about him one way or the other before, but just seeing his face since the stories broke makes me sick. Lying and denying to the end.
  12. Sheryl's a good mod too and Eve did a good job, but yeah. Aisha would've been excellent. I wonder what she thinks about all this? As far as the future of the show, I don't see CBS pulling the plug. Especially since the show gets good ratings and is making them money. The only one who should be afraid for their job is Sharon. We've always said we've known Sharon had to have dirt on Les in order to stay as long as she has and look. Now the cat's out of the bag and whoever takes Les's place (and has any kind of sense) would take one look at half the shit Sharon has said and done on the show and kick her waxy ass to the curb. That would be a major and long awaited step in improving things.
  13. Initially I was disappointed not to see Julie but now I think taking a break from the show is a better idea. She was struggling not to cry when she addressed the first round of accusations and she most likely would've been a mess today. And understandably so. You and me both! I think Eve (who was serving Velvet Rope-era Janet Jackson with the curly hair) was supposed to be the mod today but of course Sharon had to take up the first half of the discussion with her yakking. Can't stand Dr. $hill.
  14. Aaw, Fairy! *cyber hug* The more I think about that the more creeped out I am. Maybe "creeped out" isn't the right term, but it's just so weird that Les would be so angry at Janet for not kissing the ring after the stupid Superbowl breast gate that he made it his mission to destroy her career. That's beyond deranged.
  15. RIGHT?! LOL. It's hard to know who's telling the truth when it comes to the family at this point. I watched a little bit of last week's episode and it was boring to me. I was getting over the show anyway.
  16. She acts like she's thrilled to be free as a bird with "the boy" in college, but you know she's miserable being all alone in that house while Big Kev is laid up with the side piece. She probably called him up crying begging him to come spend one day with Mommy. She reminds me of the Tin Man's oilcan when she uses the Q-tips. UCK UCK UCK UCK UCK!
  17. Agreed. I read CBS is withholding the money pending the results of the investigation. The bastard shouldn't get a dime. Chenbot girl, I didn't want this but you'll have to go too. And yes, please take Sharon with you. I'm curious to see who they'll replace Julie with and when they'll do it. We shall see... I only have the lineup for Monday through Wednesday (guests are Dr. Phil, Jamie Lee Curtis and Drew Carey) , but each day they're revealing the winner for the "Talk Table Takeover" contest. I don't remember ever hearing about this contest until now and I'm hoping it isn't used as an excuse for Julie to "call in sick". Everybody should be there.
  18. I'm not at all surprised that Sharon's flipped. She'll do anything to save her own ass. The wench. Fairy, does Leah read the book herself? And if so, does she put on a British accent for Sharon and a robotic voice for Julie? Charlie is who my heart is going out to. Boy's not even 10 and his father is being exposed as a tyrannical, abusive pervert. Poor kid.
  19. I saw it in another video but can't find it but here's a lil' something: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xUqmoqMDxAo.
  20. I feel bad for Sara too. That's disgusting about Sarah Brown. Like my Nana used to say "what's done in the dark will always come to the light" and it certainly has in this case and many others and it will continue to do so.
  21. I heard it was such a shit show they were only able to film for a day. I bet Iyanla clashed with Tamar the most and Mama Braxton probably didn't appreciate Iyanla saying she taught Trina to be mean and bitter. Lol.
  22. Maybe. I guess we'll have to see. One (hopefully) good thing that comes out of this is that whoever takes Les's place cans the weakest link Mrs. O.
  23. I don't think the show will be in danger of cancellation just because of what Les did. Also Julie likes to work. What else is she going to do if she quits her shows?
  24. Releasing a brief statement isn't exactly "vigorously defending" someone, but back to Julie leaving, I doubt it. She had nothing to do with Les's harassment so it wouldn't make sense for her to leave just because her husband's been let go.
