I hate the commercial for the No.7 face cream.  Using that tired old line “I’ll tell you but I’d have to kill you”,

Whenever someone uses that phrase I often say "TELL HIM/HER!!".  That is often followed by reactions of either shock or puzzlement.

Same for me on Roku.  I think it does not make me reactivate if I have been watching every day or every other day.  If a few days go by, then it does ask.

Roku and I have a disagreement about where I live.  It has grandiose aspirations and desperately wants me to watch channels from NYC.  I usually have to reboot in order for it to finally recognize that my zip code is NOT Manhattan.

Denberg claimed that her first such encounter with Schneider came in 1995, shortly after her 19th birthday, when he called her into his office for a conversation that spiraled into him showing her a pornographic video of a woman performing oral sex on a donkey

She was 19?  That makes him a creep, and likely a predator, but not a pedophile as far as I know.

I think Twitter et. al. know exactly who we are by cross-referencing whatever else: FB, google, probably what you watch on TV. They know you are female, your approximate income, and likely how much you weigh LOL.

You have NO idea how much they know about us.  Google pitched my company once for advertising and it's sci-fi level stuff.

No one feels sorry for you when all you had to do was kick him out of your home worth millions & go back to life as usual. Why doesn’t she end with something like “ So I made a $100,000 donation to fund so and so women’s shelter/?”

With truly all due respect, having money may allow for more options in treating the disease, but it won't fix mental issues by itself.  In fact, it can lead to a whole different level of psychological problems.

And it's being reported now that she got the maximum 18 month sentence the prosecution requested, and the judge specifically called her out for her lack of personal accountability about her actions.

I was amazed that even after knowing the judge had listened to those jailhouse calls, Gutierrez still kept blaming everyone else when she gave her final statement.  Unreal.

Like a lot of these "man" products, it's just marketing; there's no difference. They're trying to get more customers.

Oh, but there usually IS a difference.  If  it's made for men, it's usually less expensive than the identical product made for women.

I was so touched at the kindness of the fire fighters after she fell, and the mechanic shop giving them the rental van.

Agree.  However I couldn't stop wondering what on earth was wrong with their own van that it hadn't been repaired in 1 month.  Or was it 2 months.  Regardless, that's crazy.

  9. I really liked Krystal a lot as well as her whole family.  What a great way to start the season, with a truly motivated person who is determined to lose the weight.  She's going to succeed and I can't wait to see her in a WATN episode.

Her youngest daughter is her spitting image!

As much as I have said about her, I think this is a bad decision.  It looks like the networks are making every wrong decision these days.  I can even understand this show being cancelled but her being off KBC is just wrong.

I agree.  Lots on here don't like her, but I did, and I think she did a great job with the kids.

I think the new Jardiance commercial is better. I haven't seen the old for a few days. Wonder if they pulled it.

I like this one a bit better.  The delivery guy makes me chuckle.

What do you have to pay to get a baby from a "human vending machine"? [thinking]

More importantly, can you put it back?

I was going to go with Fubo until I discovered the sports fee they require whether you watch their sports or not, and then Hulu Live, since we already have Hulu and Disney.  I tried YouTube TV last year; I realized almost instantly that I didn't like the interface and cancelled immediately.

I have YouTube TV and definitely hated the interface at first.  It took a bit but once I figured out how to move around channels, and only see favorites, I've come to  like it.  The same thing happened with Roku.  YT may not be the right one for you, but sometimes it takes a bit of time, especially when you first cut that cord.

Amy’s crying outbursts seem producer driven, imo.  Is it possible they are using mental illness as a staged ploy?  😮

I don't think it's staged, however I do think the producers are milking it for all it's worth.
