With the additional airtime I have to say I'm starting to understand how Andrei expresses himself a lot better now. His English isn't great and he seems to know mostly combative words lol. But his ability to explain his side and punctuate it with "that's it" is very grating. He needs to stop doing that and leave room for conversation. I know in his mind it's just his way of emphasizing the importance of something. I get it. But long term of how he communicates with other people in a job or future friends etc is very important that he picks up the nuances of the language. I personally cringe when I hear him talk and end it with "that's it." And frankly I'm starting to tune it out because clearly it ain't it. It ain't close to IT. LOL
