My favourite part of the episode was the sassy director who responded to Jessa saying "you can't have a baby without the labour and delivery" with "you can adopt". Especially since Bin and Blessa go on and on about how God laid it in their hearts to adopt.

Oh for sure! I just meant in this specific case because Jessa and Jinger are "besties". Otherwise, no chance because it truly would be a daily bday extravaganza

I wholeheartedly agree. It seems like her and Jessa would really like to see each other but Jeremy is the barrier. I can understand to a degree his desire for some distance from her family but the nephews first birthday could have been an exception.

Just watched the wedding and have to agree with the assessment that Joy's reception was a huge step up from the freezing parking lot to do that Jessa had.

I suspect you are correct Lady Edith - especially with Joy saying marriage seemed like too much work. Dangerous thoughts for a Duggar girl.
