    All I can think of is today about the Edmonds is bratty Hayley turns 18 and unless other provisions are made, she is able to inherit from her mother's estate.  Can't imagine that one with an inheritance.

    I'm assuming that a trust of some kind (pour-over trust, maybe?) was set up (if the family attorney has half a brain).

    Meghan needs serious help with her styling.  She looked so strange at Heather's luncheon.  That awful, high-necked, fugly dress and jacket that made it worse did her no favors.  And what was up with her hair?  When she pushed her hair behind her ears, all that did was accentuate her pointy ears.  All Meghan needed was one of her weird headbands and she would be right at home in Rivendell.

    Her outfit made her look like she stepped off of the set of 'Blossom' during an episode where Blossom has to give a school assembly speech. All she needed was one of those straw hats with the turned up brim and a sunflower attached.

    If "recruited" = "purchased," I'm with you.  This is a thing.  I particularly know of it with purchasing Facebook "likes"-- businesses/ entertainment ventures can simply purchase them.  I don't know exactly how it works, but it's definitely a thing (haven't done it myself but know others who have), and it's not that expensive.  So I assume the same type of industry exists for Twitter and Instagram, complete with positive "posts".  There are all kinds of ways to make a buck off people who have big egos and money to spare.   

    Echoing this sentiment. It's a common tactic used by nobodies who want to be famous on the internet.

    Looking at the comments, it's interesting how people assume that one is jealous if one simply dislikes someone. Although, I'm kind of shaking my head at viewers who go on SM to hurl abuse at these people. That's beyond mere snarking.

     

    ETA: I'm not claiming some moral high ground since I *do* post here, lol *Kanye shrug* And looking at her account again, I would not be surprised to find out that she is deleting comments. I know people with fewer than 100K+ followers who get many more comments per post and her comment count is pretty low. Unless she purchased followers, but that would be pretty pathetic.

    Watching meghan makes me wonder how the other newbie housewife (katie h) who dropped out would have fared. She seemed sweeter in her brief appearances.

    So, the reason why I'm not missing Katie Hamilton is because I'm guessing she had to do with the Tamra/Jesus storyline. Plus the ministry stuff in Uganda makes me give her a ton of sideeye since the envangelicals are the ones inciting and condoning violence against gay men and women in Uganda.

    well. i couldn't resist any longer!  in checked out andy's book.  he referenced megan  in 201 3 without naming her.  jimbo was at a cardinal game that andy was at.  according to andy, jimbo wanted to appear on wwhl.  apparently andy thinks her brother is HOT!  i wonder if we have to endure her because he has the hots for her brother.  andy mentioned jimbo's ex tried out for the oc.  interesting

    I'm beginning to think that Jimmy is a secret Housewives fan based on this tidbit. Maybe he's been dying to get on the show for years after watching...? No wonder he and Terry are friends.

    I wish people would stop using her age as an excuse for her behavior. I'm younger than her and I think she's awful. I would never talk to people the way she does. She honestly gives me thE creeps.

    This is not a smart group of women on this show. She ruined an opportunity to endear herself to the public and it would've been pretty easy had she not decided to be the villain.

    I still don't understand how she claims to be able to take on the responsibilities of being a stepmom. She can't even introduce herself on the phone properly and she needs to call a stranger to pick out hor d'oeuvres.

    She has no redeeming qualities or accomplishments on her own. Otherwise she wouldn't need to constantly being up her brother's career (sorry, Meghan, but there are no male supermodels, Valentino has many male model friends he mentors, and it's not a lucrative career) and Jimmy (whoever said he looks like a Ronald Reagan Halloween mask with improperly-lined-up eye holes wins the internet).

    Maybe I'd care about Vicki if she were a decent person. These two can destroy each other and it wouldn't make a difference to me.

    You forgot the part where she challenges her customer to an IQ test. She did that to a commenter in an article I posted, lol.

    I bet she was hired because she was mildly pretty in a generic way (before the body transformation) during her Resale Royalty days. Salespeople who do face-to-face sales are probably recruited on the basis of their looks but being successful in that industry requires more than looks.

    Just about anything can be trademarked until it starts getting stupid.. Boxing ring announcer Michael Buffer was able to trademark his catchphrase "let's get ready to rumble'. But not all things can be trademarked as Chanel found out when they attempted to have their perfume 'Jersey' trademarked. Disney applied to trademark the name Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead). A petition objecting to this trademarking attracted more than 21,000 signatures in less than 24 hours and Disney  withdrew the application. Harley-Davidson tried to register the sound of a revving engine, and in 2005 a French company tried to trademark the smell of strawberries. In 2006, Walmart tried to trademark the yellow smiley face, which has been used since the 70s. All failed.

    "Cancer sucks" is trademarked but Meghan has been using it on her hats. Perhaps the hashtag and making it one work change things but it's fundamentally the same...

    According to a new Radar Online report, Meghan Edmonds‘ husband was named in a lawsuit that could have been costly for him. According to U.S. district court documents, restaurateur Jeff Ruby, owner of Cincinnatti steakhouse The Precinct, sued Edmonds and his company, MWS LLC, for trademark infringement after Edmonds deliberately opened a new eatery with the same name. It sounds like Jimmy didn’t do his research before venturing in to this business deal. The restaurant was called The Precinct, as well.

    If it's an LLC then I don't think it would be *that* costly for him, especially if he settled.

     

    Eh, if Jimmy didn't like cameras and wasn't into the show, then why did he nearly join the cast with second wife Allison?

    She used to have a more "womanly" body if you go back a few pages. Her body is not unlike some instagram fitness gurus who engage in restrictive eating and light steroid use (many female fitness gurus on instagram use steroids; it's a dirty little secret). I also wondered about androgen insensitivity syndrome but who knows.
