I liked them too and was also curious about the HOA costs, that building was beautiful and I liked the flex space with the murphy bed and pocket door.
Their background story also made sense. One was a surgeon, the other an attorney. The attorney was with an international firm and could work remotely. The surgeon was able to manage his schedule so he could be in PV two weeks of every quarter (so 8 weeks/year). They planned to move there permanently in 5-10 years.

Marge was looking awfully pressed when Fessler was talking to Teresa. She doesn't like not having control over her minions. Will they ever realize that talking non-stop about Teresa. watching her every move, by default make her the central topic of the show?
Ok, so Danielle cut off her father because he didn't picks sides in her fight with her brother? Hello, that's called parenting! ...and she's "allowing" her kids & Nate to continue having a relationship with him? Wow, how big of her.

It's apparent to me that Kyle doesn't respect Amanda's work or work ethic. Yet he's expecting her to stay with Loverboy so he doesn't have to hire someone to replace her. That's an untenable situation for anyone, let alone your spouse. Maybe Amanda returning to the corporate world would give Kyle the perspective he needs. At their current course, he's about to lose both his Creative Director and his wife.
Carl & Lindsay are both awful people. Their engagement was like a F U to everyone who doubted them and now it's like a game of chicken on which will call the other one's bluff first. They both need therapy.
Loved Paige calling Craig to tell him what the physic said. I know she was talking about changing apartments when this aired but she only recently moved. Only brief glimpses on social media but it appears much larger with maybe some prewar details. Guessing that's their NYC base and they'll keep the Charleston house and split time between the two, like they do now. No change required until if/when they have school aged kids.

Indianapolis, IN and Kansas City, MO: it was nice to see two recent episodes of relatively normal HHers with reasonable budgets and expectations. The Indy couple's budget was $250k. The KC couple's budget was $450k. Aside from the KC wife's constant commentary about her aerial acrobatics and wanting to put a "rig" to support it in every house, they weren't too demanding or annoying.
In both episodes, they chose my least favorite option. But, in their defense, they were the largest houses and both couples seemingly wanted to tackle some updating/remodeling (which always makes me cringe).

To be fair, Ariana would not have known Tom screen recorded the Facetime video w/o Raquel's consent. She sent it to Raquel to let her know she'd seen it, so she wouldn't even attempt to lie or deny.
IMHO, while revenge porn laws are super important, I don't see where Ariana (or even Tom, much as it pains me to defend him) distributed the video. Had they, I would fully understand the lawsuit. As it stands, it seems like money grab to me. Much like Raquel's initial threats to Scheana re: the alleged "assault".

Katie & Jo were in the same friend group, Jo was at some point BFFs with Kristen Doute. They also showed the screenshot of text Jo sent when the Katie/Schwartz split was announced. In it, she went on about how much she (along with Justin Bieber) loved & respected Katie. Meanwhile, at literally the same time, she was moving in with & sleeping with Schwartz. That's why Katie was IMHO rightfully pissed.
Apparently, at the reunion, Katie had a change of heart and/or some sympathy for Jo after seeing the episodes and how Schwartz had strung her along.
Unfortunately, at the same time, Jo's now out being a mean girl on social media. So much for the whole "sad girl that everybody picks on" persona. I guess she's leaning into a villain role, like they need any more of them...

Couldn't disagree more. Much like this expectation that Ariana immediately forgive Sandoval, why wouldn't Katie be angry with someone who acted like friend, claiming to love her, who then immediately moved in & on her ex before they were even divorced?
If anything, Katie's shown herself to be the true ride or die, voice of reason, morale compass this show desperately needs...including the boss quote "when a guy fucks over your friend, fuck the guy" Exactly.
Take a seat, Scheana & Lala. Stop treating Ariana like your meal ticket all the while claiming to be her friend. She doesn't owe you (or the viewers) her peace & sanity. Sandoval's rant and ensuing hot mic moment AGAIN showed the world exactly who he is. The fact that they'll continue to defend him while criticizing Ariana is now showing everyone who they really are.

While I agree this is how the rift may have started, I firmly believe the root of the issue is Joey Gorga. He was coddled his entire life and fully expects everyone, especially his older sister, to continue to share their successes, $, celebrity, etc. with him.
He resented how close Teresa was with their parents yet did very little to improve his relationship with them. He played the middle between Melissa (& her entire family) and the Giudices and quickly found that the constant drama kept their place on RHONJ so he didn't have to get real job.

So Amir's not allowed to mention the name Jordan? What a nice trusting relationship they have. I also felt bad for him when Moriah tried to shame him about the laundry. It's definitely not his fault that she got irate and put her hands on somebody. I don't like her, glad she was sent home.

I don't think I can bear watching another season of the husbands thinking this is their show and fighting for camera time by going after Teresa. What Fupa was really saying to Luis is that he's not interested in meeting away from a filmed event. He got an entire makeover for season 2 and his marching orders from Joey Gorga and seems intent on becoming the star of the show. He actually sent out a press release yesterday. Seriously.
If it seems like I've focused my ire on Fupa, I have. He and his Disney nosed wife embody everything that's wrong with this show and why it desperately needs a re-boot.

Wondering why would Carl choose to have the conversations about his parents concerns with Lindsey on camera. It's either A) he was afraid of her reaction & thought on camera was safer, or B) he's purposely laying the groundwork/building a storyline on why he backed out of the wedding.
I understand why she has blinders on, desperately hoping to get to the altar with someone, anyone. But, it doesn't make a lot of sense why Carl waited as long as he did to pull the plug, unless he was strategically trying to cultivate a storyline and curry favor with the viewers. Hmm.
Paige & Craig are like opposite of Carl & Lindsey. It's apparent that they've had multiple conversations off camera and have strategized/agreed on what they'll share on camera. The picnic lunch discussion was completely staged. I'm 99% sure that Craig has the ring, they've discussed exactly when/where they'll get engaged, and they've decided on their long term plan.
While I get that West & Ciara aren't committed so he's within his rights to chat up other women, I also understand why Ciara would be hurt by the news. IMHO, typically when you meet someone you're interested in, they become your main focus, even before there's a label slapped on it.
Plus, I don't like how he's continually using the lack of sex to as a reason why he's not committed. I miss the old days of dating when you often announced yourselves as a couple before banging like bunnies.

100% Her skin looks so sallow, especially in the hallway scene. Although with so much makeup foundation caked on, it's hard to tell what she actually looks like.
And, just about the time I think she's playing her role on the show, she'll say something that makes me think she truly believes some of the crap she's spewing. Nice job editors showing her her repeatedly call Sammi unappreciative while swearing on the life her poor dog that she never said it.
Regardless, the act is tiresome. Please, please, please dump her from the show so we can actually watch the rest of them have some fun.

I will never understand people who go home with an idol in their pocket. Especially when the worst case outcome is you may look paranoid but are still there competing.
They act like idols/advantages l are a precious commodity in short supply. When in actuality more each year & everyone knows that they're put back in play once used. If I'm Hunter or Liz, I play my idol and know that I have a good chance of finding one again.
No sympathy for Liz. She knew what she was signing up for. I'm also allergic to coconut so I've mentally opted out of Survivor for 20+ years (yeah, like that's the only reason!). Is she also not able to fish/seafood?

Ariana was 100% accurate in expressing how female anger is somehow publicly unacceptable while male anger is expected & accepted. Sandoval has a history of repeatedly going off on women (Scheana/Katie/Stassi/Kristen) and no one bats an eye yet they expect that Ariana meekly accept & immediately forgive him so that no one is uncomfortable. Fuck that noise.
Both Lala & Brock need to take a step back and take a seat. Neither should be offering life advice or questioning others' intentions. Add Scheana who will do nearly anything for male attention/approval. I'm still waiting for someone to stand up to Lala and ask her how she'd feel if they befriended Randall and asked her to make nice with him so they could all hang out.
Daniel is not my cup of tea but Ariana seems smitten so he's doing something right. Glad he came to SF to support her but I kinda understand why he didn't immediately launch himself into the group dynamic.
Proud of Katie for being a real ride or die friend. She & Ariana were cute together on WWHL (Something About Her open date is May 22nd). Sounds like Ariana wasn't able to catch up on all the episodes before the reunion was filmed (much to Andy's chagrin) but she's definitely not happy with Scheana/Lala now that she has...

I've taken lots of candid shots of friends when we're out together and I don't tag them UNLESS I'm posting it. But in a text to another friend? Nah, I'd just send with "guess who I'm hanging with?" note.
It's not that big a deal so I think they need to find a better storyline. No one should be made to feel bad for taking a picture in a public place, especially if it was never posted on her Instagram.
It wasn't a candid photo. They showed the picture she shared and it was taken from a distance where he wasn't even aware or looking at the camera. Appeared to be on a sidewalk/walkway outside her home.
It appeared she was bragging that he was at her house and included the pic as proof. I'm with Alex that it was a creepy and I understand why he distanced himself.
Might be a bit biased as I have an acquaintance who used to do this a lot, take pictures of people without their knowledge and then post them to social media to look like she had all these friends. You'd be sitting at a baseball game eating a hot dog and suddenly people would be commenting on a photo of you. I found it intrusive and annoying,
The way Summer keeps talking about him being inside her, I think she feels he should now treat her differently in the house whereas he just thought it was something casual between them and was weirded out by her publicly outing it.

Can't believe he had to gall to tell Barbie how she should handle her relationship. Don't get me wrong, I think Barbie should seek out some therapy for her apparent daddy issues but being upset that Kyle talked publicly about their hookup was understandable. Such high school behavior.
Why is fraternization with the charter guests disallowed for the female crew members but seemingly encouraged for their male counterparts? Hannah was shamed and nearly fired for flirting/texting with Jason after his charter ended while male crew members have proudly hooked up with guests post-charter and Kyle and now Fraser are encouraged to pursue guests during the actual charters. The hell?
New chef seems too normal & easy going. That's likely why he was only cast as backup.

That's a loud yes from me as well. Part of the reason for the cringe was that there was no prelude, no seduction, no real flirtation. She undressed herself while he was across the room barely paying attention. I half expected her to just bend over and lift up her skirt.

Schools receive all of your scores but it's up to them on whether they average or use the highest. Sounds like maybe Gia has a school of choice and wants to ensure she has the required score needed to get in. She's working in the legal field in some capacity, so delaying her application will likely only help her. I always advisee that any work experience between undergrad and pursuing an advanced degree is beneficial, both in opportunity and performance.
Jen Fessler did look gaunt. Her arms were like toothpicks. IMHO those drugs should not used to lose the last 10 lbs, leave them to the people who really need them for their overall health.
I wish they'd switch up their filming schedule. I'm sick of the shore houses and parties where they act like fools. Ass shots from a blow up sex doll? Mortified.
