Why does it take months to receive an order from MSWC? Do they wait for someone to order something and then have it made before they can ship it? If they have all this merchandise on hand to ship it would be very expensive. And whose house is it stored in? Robyns garage?
And apparently, they've been billing the customers' credit cards when the order comes in.
It's okay for them to get a pre-authorization when the order comes in, but they aren't supposed to process the sale until the order is ready to ship. Kinda makes one wonder if there have been any chargebacks against them by customers...The site is so twanky (and it has ALWAYS crashed on Sunday nights ever since they launched it TWO YEARS AGO so it's not like they don't know there's a problem...) that there is no way I'd input my personal info much less my credit card info. That's a site just screaming "data compromise".
