Too many monologues today, not enough conversation.

I appreciated the conversation at the table today, mostly because they didn’t entirely just defer to Whoop.

Ana and Alyssa really just don’t mesh do they? Or is it just an Ana thing cause whenever she goes on a tangent, I sense the table shift.

Whoopi back in her “defend celeb” mode with both Lizzo and Oscar/Jessica. Not surprising I guess.

At least we got confirmation on today’s show that they are giving Whoopi the feedback to be more engaged in topics.

You just know Whoopi made Brian issue a correction when they came back from break for all the times he’s made her do the same…wait, has she actually though?

Friday shows are so much better.

Sunny has gone full Hollywood. She was channeling Madonna with her hair today!

The Joy Ride interview was fantastic.

I liked the back and forth of the Hunter Biden convo because it didn’t feel forced and everyone brought something to it (even Whoopi). Sara’s dissension felt more natural than when she’s just sticking up for Alyssa or trying to support her. It was also funny how defensive Ana got about always being the late one. It is rude!

Alyssa’s point about the Trump arrest and indictment being red meat for his opponents and no one taking advantage of it to better their standing is so true.

Sara is always trying to “have Alyssas back” but it’s rarely the other way around?

Odd that this blowup happened a few days after the NYT article about how there is no true disagreements on the show anymore.

Whoopi has made that comment about American Idol once before and it was just as convoluted then. Sara has been making some choice arguments lately. I can’t tell if she’s trying to assert her “independence” or really believes it. I was glad Sunny pushed back on the Target nonsense. She also is trying to prop up Alyssa but Alyssa rarely returns the favor. Alyssa is disappointing perpetuating the Satanist nonsense. She knows what she’s doing.

Whoopi looked nice today.

Whoopi must have gotten flashbacks from the Meghan era when Alyssa said she’d save her point for the next segment... “Spit it out!”

Whoopi: “We will put it on the website!” and “Next time, come hang out with us the full hour!” are two statements that are....never accurate.

That was a missed opportunity. Her management must have squashed any questions regarding that statement (or the show is further out of touch than realized).
