To be fair, Logan pisses off enough people that the pool of potential raccoon saboteurs is pretty wide. It could be one of the contractor's workers, it could be one of the household people, it could even be a neighbor. Poor treatment of the raccoons, though, even though they can be really annoying, in my experience.
