CrazyInAlabama January 10, 2019 Share January 10, 2019 (edited) I'm watching a rerun of the "Small Markets, Big Dreams", and as always, I'm ticked at the delusion of the prospective restauranteurs who ignore Antonia, who owns many restaurants, and are still shocked when they crash and burn, and don't get a deal. This is the one with the brother and sister caterers that wanted to have their own restaurant, still live with mom and dad, and didn't listen to anything Antonia, Tim or Joe told them. They, ended up with Joe doing Front of House, and expediting, and Tim Working the line. When Tim and Joe said they needed to learn the restaurant business, the sister, who was the dominant person in the relationship, refused to listen and tanked the deal.
