Lantern7 October 11, 2017 Share October 11, 2017 Batman vs. Two-Face is coming out soon on multiple platforms. It's a follow-up to Return Of The Caped Crusaders from last year. Basically, you get Harvey Dent done in the style of the Sixties series, with William Shatner as Harvey/Two-Face. As usual, Adam West and Burt Ward reprise their roles as Batman and Robin. Sadly, West has recently past away, so this was his final performance. Here's my coverage of the panel. As you'd expect, it's cheesy and bat-spit crazy, and that's before you factor in Shatner, perhaps the ham's ham. I didn't describe the episode, but I highly recommend watching it. Link to comment
benteen October 12, 2017 Share October 12, 2017 I was at the panel too and I really enjoyed the movie. These two Batman 66 movies have been hilarious and a ton of fun. Link to comment
MarkHB November 9, 2017 Share November 9, 2017 There's an Easter egg of sorts in the Blu-Ray (NOT the download version as I understand it). If you go into the special features and go all the way to the right, there's an icon with a star. Click it for what was probably intended as a post-credits scene but which they probably cut for the Adam West dedication. And yes, when I watched all the way to the end of the credits, a sudden dust storm came up in my living room. That's my explanation, anyway. Link to comment
Lantern7 December 19, 2017 Author Share December 19, 2017 Just checking to see if anybody has seen it. I can't get it from my library's system. It was fun . . . especially with Gordon and O'Hara basically admitting to each other that thy are so useless. Needless to say, I don't think a Gotham Central comic would have worked in 1966.
