Dowel Jones April 19, 2018 Share April 19, 2018 On a side topic, I read one time that a magazine (Esquire or Vanity Fair, I believe), sent a check for $500 to Getty Sr., with a request for an article "of any size" recounting his rise to affluence and how he made his money.
