Victoria treats the women to a few days of rest and relaxation in the Whitsunday’s, but it ends up being more like rivalries and riots. The ladies dine under the stars where Nicole questions AthenaXs veganism. When the conversation naturally shifts to the joys of sex, it hits a nerve with Lisa. The next day, it’s not all smooth sailing on the super yacht, as the girls bicker over sleeping arrangements, Melissa confides in AthenaX about her issues with body image, and Lisa has a near death experience.

Okay, I'm glad I kept giving this one a chance--finally I'm becoming low-key interested in this shitshow.  After tonight's episode, I think I've finally learned their names and won't be mixing-up Nicole and Krissy any longer--Krissy is the lighter brunette Chewbacca, while Nicole is the darker brunette, seemingly smarter, less obnoxious cousin.  Right?  I think I got it.

Victoria is just a nasty little bitch, isn't she?  From outing Lisa's confidence without giving it any thought to just going in on everyone for everything, I find her one of the least likeable HoWives to ever grace us with her presence--less likeable than Andrea Moss!  At least Jody Claman (Vancouver) was funny!

Athena X is clumsy and batshit crazy, but I'm at least able to find some humor at her expense.  She's quite ridiculous, but she isn't in on the joke, so she's at least entertaining-weird to me.

I like that Nicole and Lisa seem to have a genuine friendship going on--that brings some much-needed authenticity to this otherwise motley group of women who clearly would not associate with each other if it weren't for the show.  Seriously, Matchbox essentially gave us 7 female cats and put them in a small room, and they're all glowering at each other, growling and hissing.  Some of these women need to find a way to like each other and get along, otherwise this show won't see a second season.

Chewbacca adds nothing to this show--I vote her off first, with Victoria close behind.  I want to see more of Lisa Oldfield's life; does she have any friends who'd like to join?  So far, she's the only one who's all that interesting to me, the only one I am somewhat invested in.

Matty is just window dressing at this point, but I think removing the toxicity of Victoria and Chewbacca would give her an opportunity to shine more.  I see potential with her--she seems like she can be quite funny and endearing at times.

Melissa showed some vulnerability tonight, and that did a lot to give her some personality with me--I'd like to see more of this as well as more of her career.

Next week looks good with Athena X screeching about "my turf" at someone else's art gallery and trying to kick someone out (Chewbacca?  Please let it be Chewbacca!)

The biggest thing that gets me about Victoria is how genuinely proud of herself she looks when she antagonises the other ladies. She had the same look in her eye after outing Lisa's marital problems that she had after the cape-throwing incident. So according to Victoria, Lisa shouldn't have gone on the trip if her marriage is that bad, but I bet Victoria would be calling her rude and ungrateful if she HADN'T joined them.

At this stage Chewy is pretty much Victoria's right-hand man. If Victoria can't savage someone herself, Krissy will do it for her. Even if Lisa's drowning story was a bit overdramatic, Chewy's attention seeking comments and most of the group making fun was plain nasty. It really bothered me that Lisa was an easy target at the lunch, but at dinner everyone was quick to feign compassion when she broke down.

Lisa is the only worthwhile one on this show. Nicole has yet to make up for the respect lost back in episode 1 (gawking at economy class passengers) and Melissa bothers me for two reasons - being boring, and only really having something to say when she is alone with Athena X.

Where to even begin with Athena X. Everything out of this woman's mouth is either a lie, an excuse as to why she lied, or something so ridiculous that it doesn't fall into either of the first two. "We have NEVER had sex. We make love." Ugh.

What a contrast between this episode with Matty wanting to give Lisa a hug and kiss before she leaves, and the preview for next week with Lisa pushing Matty, and Chewy trying to get all in her face.

Scrap this dump of a show and convince Lisa to join RHOM. She would make an excellent foil to Gina.

THIS!  You articulated exactly what's been bothering me most about her!  Thank you!

I agree, though I can get over Nicole's airplane (lack of) etiquette.  I'd much rather see a cast based around Lisa and her friends, which at this point does seem to include Nicole.

Maybe I'm giving some of these HoWives too much credit, but I wonder if this cast would work better simply without Victoria's inherent toxicity.
