Tara Ariano December 30, 2016 Share December 30, 2016 Quote The story of a quirky young woman's pursuit of love and freedom. Michelle Smith is legally blind and on the autism spectrum; and, after graduating from Perkins School for the Blind near Boston, she finds herself walled off from the world until, during an alumni weekend, a school administrator offers her an animation internship in L.A. As she prepares for the challenge, she falls for a young man and, with him, becomes involved in fetish role-playing, through which she achieves empowerment. Link to comment

IndianPaintbrush January 3, 2017 Share January 3, 2017 (edited) Some interesting points in that article. I also found Michelle a little too into herself, but of course you can say that about most 22-year-olds. She does face difficult challenges and I'm sure she feels isolated much of the time. I wanted to know more about the roles her mother and father play in her life. As for the BDSM stuff, I could tell right away it was likely inspired by Fifty Shades of Grey. As long as she's happy and consenting, more power to her. Edited January 3, 2017 by IndianPaintbrush Link to comment
