The Great Santini was one of my first grown up books. The Prince of Tides is my favorite. What a sad day for Anerican Literature lovers. RIP Mr Conroy. Link to comment
GreekGeek March 6, 2016 Share March 6, 2016 I was sorry to read about his death. I loved The Prince of Tides also. What a wonderful read! I didn't like The Lords of Discipline as much--I found all that machismo distasteful. I haven't read his other books. Which do you recommend? Link to comment
