Did you know that if you look at enough pictures of Juan Diego Botto, he starts to look like Bronson Pinchot? Learn from my mistake and just let him be a pretty face on TV; the hired killer we want as our boyfriend but not really.

But really, his performances are just so...great...I can't think of an adequate adjective to cover just how completely believable he is as Javier.

Remember the violent political past of Javier's father hinted at during "The Ballad of little Santino"?   IRL Juan Diego Botto's father was a victim of that regime. Botto lost his father when he was 2 years old.
