Canceled, which was why I decided to not watch the end.

 

I'm going to believe that Odelle made it back to the US, told her story and did whatever she set out to do (I have no idea what that was) while adopting the kid. (She and her husband also realized that they were no longer in love but Luc decided to move to the U.S. so Odelle and Luc get married and co-parent her daughter with Odelle's ex-husband...)

 

They also adopted Aslam and the 4 of them lived happily ever after.

Yup that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Thanks for the great company in watching this dreck together ya all! It's been a pleasure.

Bummer.  I was really looking forward to a travelogue of the USA while Odelle is on the run.  Hiding in the crowd in Times Square, and sneaking into an adult theater to escape the SOCrats.  She gets trapped in traffic at the New Jersey turnpike (special appearance by Chris Christie!).  She and Aslam spend the night in the Wigwam Motel on Old 66.  The possibilities are endless.

I watched it and continued watching for the scenery and Luc who I have a crush on. 

 

I concur with the above posts--and Luc, Odelle, Suzanne and Aslam live happily ever after.
