Snazzy Daisy June 2 Author Share June 2 Quote “I think you did such a good job back then that someone was very afraid of you. And that they are still afraid.” Is Moira compromised? Or did she take Fergus off Merritt’s case just to protect him? The journalist at Carl’s press conference is definitely on to something. There’s more to the PC Anderson vs Archie Allen situation. Hardy does a great job of discovering how Stephen Burns could possibly be blackmailed to do Graham Finch’s bidding. It’s not surprising that Carl falls right into the “street charade” setup. The scene where Moira chews him out while being watched by the others is freaking hilarious. And I love Akram’s face when he’s being questioned about Ed Solomon falling down the stairs. 😂 The airlock of Merritt’s hyperbaric chamber is broken, and she could end up like a crashed can. The clock is ticking. 3 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/153781-s01e06-episode-6/#findComment-8676656
EtheltoTillie June 2 Share June 2 I just love how this ragtag bunch has formed a great team! Akram really has some secrets. 3 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/153781-s01e06-episode-6/#findComment-8676702
Raja Wednesday at 07:52 PM Share Wednesday at 07:52 PM I was surprised when the grandma kidnapper did not punish Merritt for her short pleasurable release. I guess the boy had has own porn show for the past four years. On 6/1/2025 at 7:01 PM, Snazzy Daisy said: It’s not surprising that Carl falls right into the “street charade” setup. I guess being unarmed and not able to aim a gun would make police who don't carry lethal firearms more likely to throw down if they are not a Chuck Norris or student of a martial art. tennisgurl Thursday at 06:14 PM Share Thursday at 06:14 PM I love this shows very dry sense of humor in the midst of the very serious drama, like all of the cops silently listening to Moira chewing out Carl and Akram very casually throwing the suspect down the stairs while the guys neighbor keeps yelling at them to shut up. How did no one think to check on Archie Allen's daughter? Isn't contacting the next of kin murder solving 101? It definitely feels like these cases weren't just botched, someone is covering something up. Was everyone Merritt knew hot for her? Every episode I feel like I know where things are going with her past, it takes another turn. 4 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/153781-s01e06-episode-6/#findComment-8679140

I love Akram. We all need an Akram in our lives. He's got some secrets from his life in Syria, but he has consistently been a voice of reason, and knows how to get sh** done. Why didn't Carl just arrest the guy for threatening Jasper? Did Carl forget he was a cop? Last time I checked adult men don't get to manhandle kids and threaten them. 3 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/153781-s01e06-episode-6/#findComment-8680629
