Eli throwing up gallons of water implies what we are seeing is not a reality. I think everything is played out in Eli’s mind. Eli is projecting that Noah has Benjamin’s memories.

Lynn’s drawing and these flashes are connected — a girl in a red coat falling into an icy lake and drowning.

 

Lynn’s death has triggered Eli’s past trauma/death that he hasn’t dealt with. Benjamin could be his friend. And the little girl could be his childhood friend who died or went missing.

We see Benjamin’s film negatives of the farmhouse that’s dated 3/7/78. If developed, I think we could see photos of Eli and Benjamin at the farmhouse.

Jennifer Esposito as a psychic? Why they hired her to play such an insignificant role? 👀

That surprised me to. Perhaps it was a bucket list thing of hers to work with Billy Crystal 🤷‍♀️ 

This show is convoluted.  I think I’m starting to understand something and then they throw in a wrench or go in a different direction. Hopefully with 3 episodes to go, I'll finally get an end to my questions. Otherwise this show will be a loss.

I’m thinking no one would let Eli do the things he’s doing with Noah. The poor kid looks very traumatized. It seems sad that they want to keep him drugged up in an institution but he has had episodes of violence. Billy Crystal is good in this and I’m hoping they have a good ending thought out.
