the interview with Tim Alberta was interesting; I thought that his take on why so many evangelicals support a guy like Trump made sense.  A good Christian "decent" person wouldn't fight dirty enough to win the battle.   I guess that nobody thinks of "you lie down with dogs, you come up with fleas".

I was ready to throw a shoe at my TV almost every time Buck Sexton opened his mouth.  Another in the mold of J.D. Vance, right down to the "look".  Guys like that would sell their mothers down the river for power - I'm very happy that Lauren Coates was there to call him out.

I like the show because you have conservative perspectives from time to time. I don't need it every week. However, the show just doesn't work if either panelist doesn't come in to talk in good conscience. Sexton was just there to do a deal. I think Bill figured out quick this was a misfire. I wish someone performed some more due diligence on him. On paper, ok, conservative pundit/commenter, former CIA; seems like a reasonable get. This was a huge misfire.

Fundamentally, nothing he said was original. All the 'not manly' nonsense about Walz was going around the extreme right media outlets last week.

Coates had what? 4 lines? And just destroyed him. He didn't have the decency to just take the L. "I imagine it's very dangerous for you to be sitting at this table right now." She had a crack on him talking over them, and then he proceeded to just talk over her again.

Even Alberta got on him on OT.

It's the scotus seats. That's it. Ralph Reed told Bill way back in 2016.
