Jax and Corey must work together to find Shanelle before it’s too late. Meanwhile, Shanelle’s actions lead to a riff in Sally’s marriage.

With the affair, running away together, transferring JT’s money and everything, Shanelle doesn’t look like an innocent victim. It seems premeditated.

Selfish Shanelle also creates so much trouble for Sally re the bail money. It could destroy her marriage. Sally should’ve listened to her husband. He’s right all along.

That hug between Jax and Corey lingers uncomfortably.

Jax doesn’t deserve Lewis. He is a good man. Hope the showrunner and the writers will not destroy Lewis’ character because they need a redemption arc for Jax. 🤞🏻

So the boyfriend was trying to grift of Shanelle because he owes money to shady characters. He was running with her so he could get her money.

I honestly didn't understand why Lewis was so angry that his dfaughter got a ride when he couldn't give her one. He didn't say she couldn't go, he said he couldn't take her.

ALso, what spoliled helpless teenager can't find the tylenol himself and interrupts his parent for that during a work event? I hate this trend in parenting where the parents play martyers and cultivate lazy helplessness in their kids.

I thought Jax and Lewis finally started behaving like reasonable people-- he recognized that she had a legitimate emergency and also that she has a right to work just as much as he does. She realized that she needs to make a plan with him and not just act like being on a team with your partner is an imposition. I don't know how they suddenly found their common sense and maturity to do this, but I guess I'd rather watch a functional realtionship than the juvenile bullshit they were pullikng before, sop I'll take it.

But I worry that Jax is only behaving reasonably with Lewis because she's thinking about fucking First Chair.

Speaking of 1st Chair, what is going on with Isabella? Does she just feel guilty because he lost her case, or is it more than that? I'm suspicious of Mr Hero Protector Perfection. They are building him up too much.

Going behind your spouse's back and nearly losing the house is a bad look. The I/we conversation was on point.

I wish they gave Jax's female assistant more to do. 

Also, did they say they were hacking into something when they were working on the case? Isn't that forbidden if you want to operate legally? And don't they want to perate legally?

Harsh Prosecutor seems to have fear of someone. He's still locked up, but then who is calling her a lot and hanging up? Can't she trace the number? 

I find the assistan'ts story about how he was ghosted tiresome. Again, be an adult. Why not just make him competent and not try to infantilize him like this?
