Snazzy Daisy June 8 Author Share June 8 So, in the S16 cliffhanger, Elias Voit was actually meeting with the FBI Director - Ray Madison and he offered him a deal. It’s kind of meh. 🫤 The BAU team has proven themselves AGAIN by capturing Voit and yet they’re still getting threatened by the FBI Director to work with him on the Gold Star case. This tired TV trope is getting repetitive. 3 1 Link to comment
mythoughtis June 10 Share June 10 (edited) I’m just watching now. So we have Tara and AJ discussing their love lives, and Tara being smoking buddies with Emily. Neither of them have the tell tale smoking lines around their mouths, so that’s all for show. Rossi having imaginary conversations with Elias is concerning. The BAU deciding they get to ignore orders from the director and go rogue is concerning. Edited June 11 by mythoughtis 1 Link to comment
Annber03 June 12 Share June 12 Finally getting a chance to comment on these episodes, and yeah, I'm struck by how, on the one hand, they're all upset with the director for working with Elias and the shady means others took to get information...and yet on the other hand they're willing to do those very same things for their investigation. I suppose it's a "fight fire with fire" thing, but still.. But yes, I too am concerned about Rossi. He's become more like Gideon than I think even he fully realizes. I like that both he and Emily acknoweldge the other's issues while also activley trying to avoid dealing with their own. It is nice to see them interacting, though, they do play off each other well. Everything with Don and that whole case was super disturbing. But on a lighter note, I did like the birthday party game the team was playing :D. 1 Link to comment
