In a new interview with Variety, Gael García Bernal acknowledged that he's involved in a fourth series set in the universe of Amazon's irreverent superhero satire.

"I'm very excited about what we can do, because we can do something very interesting in Latin America," Bernal told Variety.

Blue Beetle scribe Gareth Dunnet-Alcocer is writing The Boys: Mexico, which would follow the animated anthology Diabolical and the live-action, college-set series Gen V. Andor star Diego Luna is reportedly executive-producing the spinoff with Bernal, and the two are said to be considering supporting roles in the show. Variety adds that it's being planned as a Spanish-language project.
