I wanted to like it but the funniest bits (and only the funniest) were in the commercials. They went way too far with the whacky supporting chars, like the cyborg partner and the ex-wife raised by bears. Galileo908 October 21, 2024 Author Share October 21, 2024 (edited) I went to the NYCC panel! Jon Hamm, Rachel Dratch, and Alan Tudyk were all in attendance. We got to see the first ep of season 2. Spoiler It's a M3GAN parody, with a section of Grimsburg populated by sentient dolls Other news for season 2: Spoiler -Martin Short plays a recurring character based on Encyclopedia Brown -We get to meet Marvin's father and brother, riffs on Michael Knight and KITT -Other guest stars: Danny Trejo, JK Simmons, Tina Fey -Comic Con and Election eps coming. Only kids can vote in elections in Grimsburg and the mayor is a possessed goose.
