I thought she was fishy before, but now she killed a dude off screen. That is a telltale sign. If there wasn't something up with that, they would have shown us how it went down. She is probably not affiliated with any of the groups we have seen so far, but either a free agent or with some other group. Otherwise what we've seen so far doesn't make much sense.
