[QUESTION] Latest post listings no longer show up in Topics I Follow list

Under Manage Followed Content, the Forums area ("Forums I Follow) continues to show the latest post on the right-hand side of the list. But in the analogous section in the Topics area {"Topics I Follow") this information has disappeared. This information became more essential than ever when the Forums ceased automatically taking us to the first unread post back in December. (Which is still sadly the case.) At least could we have those latest post listings back?

I believe my issue is similar to this? When I now click on a topic within a forum, it brings me to the page one, first post of that topic. As of a few days ago, it used to take me directly to the last unread reply. I have tried logging out and logging back in. Could you please assist? Thank you!

What I’ve been observing recently is this…

  1. When I enter a topic via a “top-down drop” link (selecting the individual topic from the forum’s topic list), then I almost always see the behavior you describe: the topic opens at the top of its Page 1, rather than advancing to the first unread post in the topic.
  2. When I enter a topic via a lateral link (clicking the “Next unread topic” at the end of a thread I’ve just finished reading), though, then the topic behaves correctly: it opens to the first unread post in the next topic with unread content.
