Blake and Gwen's couple talk is too over-the-top. "That's my husband", "Gwen Shelton", "The trophy would go to our house" - it's too much. The coaching banter is often cheesy and unnatural, but this is a whole new level. I may have to start watching on a delay to just skip the judges talk, which stinks because I do like to hear when the coaches offer actual an coaching pitch to a contestant and how that affects the choice of who to pick.
