Tachi Rocinante December 22, 2021 Share December 22, 2021 (edited) Watched this one after the Amazon mini series. Some of the footage was exactly the same, but this focused more on the people who got out but went bankrupt. They showed a different designer and talked to a former warehouse worker. Spent too much time with the one black guy. The smarmy twats at the end were clearly those who got in early and made bank. (One was allegedly the very first salesperson.) Also just noticed that the company logo looks like a pyramid, just from a top view. One more thing - if you thought the crotch patterns were funny, you should see the butthole ones . . . He was a great tumbler though! I was so impressed. I have started this several times but always fall asleep before I finish. Something I’ve noticed about MLM for anything that’s not a consumable- it’s very easy to saturate the market. With Avon/Mary Kay etc people do need to rebuy their skin care etc. The legging hysteria was real. I remember thinking “I am never going to work this hard for Nightmare Before Christmas leggings.” (And I did buy some fun Halloween leggings I like a lot, in the winter I wear them under work pants and they are perfect insulation pieces).
