I f'love Jon Stewart, although as in The Nanny (Fran Drescher) in 4.13, we are cousins of unknown separation. I guess I'm just old and overly educated with passé 20th century memes, but this nugget: “Outrage is the engine of our modern media economy” (Jon Stewart, The Daily Show, May 20, 2024, 9:24) seems to echo Marshall McLuhan's “The medium is the message” (aka “…the massage”).
