Poor Juan!

Hi everyone!

I used Gaia Hair Skin & Nails mostly, also some from Swanson. (Gaia is expensive, I took 2 a day, not 4. I’ve just discontinued them.) I think Virtue density spray and shampoo and conditioner for thinning hair helped. i massaged my scalp too, took lots of Omega oil and ate lots of fish.

Two years ago my formerly good hair was a mess. Thinning, falling out. Probably from my liver disease, diagnosed in March 21. But with good nutrition, lots of fish, hair vitamins, Virtue products for thinning hair, scalp massage, and generally recovering—now my hair is back. Very thick. My hairdresser said I have the hair of a 35 year old! (I’m 68.)

The shower scene sure beats the ones in 600 lb Life.

Do I just tune out the commercials while I read, or do I get different commercials in NYC? I never know what you guys are talking about.
