I'd love to be a fly on the wall in Live's office. I'm sure Kelly and Gelman are fuming. Strahan did seem to be phoning it in for the past several weeks.
Hope the new cohost isn't Jerry O'Connell. Way too peppy and fake for my taste. Would like to see Anderson but would he give up his other commitments?

Agreed. Michael seemed completely lost earlier this week when Kelly mentioned it was "Pi" day.Or Canada. Or any true design firm.
Actually, sometimes Michael is woefully ill-informed about basic pop culture. Which isn't life and death for a regular person, but since pop culture commentary is part of his job on this show, I'd expect him to be a little more knowledgable.

Michael talked for a few seconds saying what a great man Coughlin was and how he enjoyed playing for him.
Kelly, of course, had to interject and say "Wait, was Tom Coughlin your coach?"

I'm sure Kelly is on cloud nine after Justin Bieber commented on her bikini Instagram photo. Yuck all the way around. She truly is teenager trapped in a middle aged woman.
I know it's summer, but both Kelly and Michael seem to be going through the motions. If I wanted to listen to someone read word for word from a newspaper article, I'd much rather read it myself.

What a wonderful finale. I held up through most of the show but seeing Bud Melman and the montage of photos caused the tears to flow.
No matter how tough a day you may have had, Dave was always there at the end of the night. Going to be so different. Just so sad right now.

That was the best they could come up with for the season finale? The molestation jokes went way too far as well as the black stereotypes. Something seems off with this entire season. Honestly, outside of a select few this cast just isn't very likable.
Oh, and how hard is it to read a cue card? I know sketches are always being rewritten but the flubs in the Sprint sketch were downright embarassing.

Found it odd that Dave acted like they were out of time with the Rickles interview and then let the credits roll for two minutes. Would have loved to hear more of Rickles.
Did Howard Stern unintentionally let the cat out of the bag that Jay Leno is going to be Dave's final guest?

I'll admit they had me fooled for a few seconds with their fake pregnancy announcement. A few people were ripping them on Twitter for it as well.

Loved the Eichner segment. Was also wondering when Dave last left the studio to do a bit. Before Harry was born or before 9/11 were my best guesses. These last few weeks are going to be emotional.

According to TMZ Michael sat both Kelly and Gelman down after today's show and told them he was leaving. Both were very upset/shocked. I'll definitely be tuning in tomorrow to see how Kelly acts towards Michael.
