I wasn't totally shocked by that either. Bonnie may be the most complex character on the show. She pulls in so many directions sexually, ethically and morally that it's like watching a continuously rotating ink blot test. Liza Weil has just nailed the role.

Hmm, I hadn't considered the possibility that Nate killed Wes but that just doesn't seem like something that Nate would do. Regardless, the cop's case against Annalise just, pardon the bad pun, went up in smoke since Wes never signed the statement incriminating her and sure can't now.

It was a very good episode with a lot things happening at once. If the there was any doubt about Mike's feelings for Ginny, the tease for the next episode sure seemed to clinch the deal and, surprise (or maybe not so much), Ginny may feel the same way about Mike. Of course those two crazy kids may end up pulling back from that kiss but if they don't...hmm.

Nia has stage presence but an average singing voice at best. Kendell has no presence at all and nothing that remotely resembles a good singing voice. Keep on enjoying your delusional fantasies Jill. Either you gots it or you ain't and your daughter ain't gots it.

I think that you're missing the point here. Whether the exact method that was used to bring death was accurate or not is not the issue. In real life would a lay person be administering the drugs? Of course not but it was the gut wrenching experience of a mother honoring her child's wishes and ultimately being the one to help her leave her suffering behind that mattered even if was only by being there for her that mattered.

I love this show. It hits a lot of key social issues wrapped in a medical show drama. The cast is excellent and Rob Lowe has been a fantastic addition to the ensemble. I've had to sit helplessly while a loved one's vital signs dropped to zero and the monitors were shut off. The pain of that moment will always be with me and even though the assisted suicide scene was not the same circumstance, the end result was and I was in tears watching it. The young actress, Annabeth Gish and Rob Lowe struck the perfect notes in playing out the scene.

Still loving this show and even more impressed at how seamless the time shifts are. I hope they don't kill William off. Ron Cephas Jones is wonderful actor who has had a big couple of years (this show, Luke Cage, Mr. Robot) . His daughter Jasmine was in Hamilton on Broadway as one of the Schuyler sisters. She is outstanding.

Kalani is a beautiful dancer but at 16 years old I have to wonder if her growth has been stunted by her tenure on this show. I hope that she has far more vocabulary and technique than she's been allowed to show here. I keep thinking of some of the 18 year olds on SYTYCD (when it was real dancing show) and what they could do and I see little of that in Kalani , at least on DM.

This show really needs to be cancelled. It has completely run out of steam . I find the mini mom's to be as reprehensible as the advanced moms . They are just as delusional as the old timers and just as nasty. They have no respect for them or the fact that the ALDC, as a TV entity, was built on the backs of their daughters. Of course Abby, being the miserable, manipulative shrew that she is, has done her best to encourage this. I hope that the advanced team really has gone to the other studio but I have a feeling that's it's just another head feint by the show runners.

I loved the first season of this show and was thrilled when it was renewed. I liked the S2 opener even though there were some things that I could have done without. It's hard to believe that Mario made it to his second year. He's a walking malpractice suit waiting to happen. Rob Lowe fit right in and his character appears to have an "interesting" back story. It will also be interesting to see how Rorish interacts with Campbell who is an arrogant dick who knows squat about how an ER has to work. Fortunately not all surgeons behave like Campbell.

It's so good to see Cheryl back. Along with Derek, Tony, Karina and a few others, she was one of the mainstays of this show. She's still a fabulous dancer. I've noticed that she is using much less of the heavy makeup than she used to. She is sporting a much more natural look and still is very easy on the eyes.

I thought that too. She is a troupe addition that I like. Great dancing from her. On the other hand a troupe member that I could do without...Dennis. With that blonde hair he stands out in a bad way. But the number he danced when he was in pink and Keo and Alan were in yellow...he was not good. He was just so sloppy with the steps. And his partner work seemed sloppy and not sharp. At one point I thought his partner was going to fall.
Like you I don't care for Dennis Jauch either. He just seems to not be on the same level as the other troupe dancers and even looks thick and a bit clunky at times. The hair look doesn't exactly help because it makes him too easy to spot in the group routines.

I like the twists. It's similar to what Sam Esmail does with Mr. Robot where a lot of episodes have a shocker at the end that is fleshed out the following week. On the whole, I'm really liking This is Us. It has a nice ensemble cast (good to see Jon Huertas from Castle last night) and some pretty good writing. I've always liked Mandy Moore and Sterling K. Brown and Chrissy Metz are excellent. I do like the way the show is tackling the subject of morbid obesity and the shifts between the present and past have been well done with reasonable and logical ties. Hopefully the show runners can keep it up.

Jess was very impressive when she stepped up after Abby pulled yet another of her "nowhere to be seen" acts. Note to Abby: positive reinforcement and encouragement work wonders with youngsters in the arts. Nia's dance with the two boys was excellent. The three kids were pretty much in sync throughout the routine. Abby sitting there with an elephant sized bag of popcorn was obscene.

Yeah and if you recall, Ollie was given the CD by a "street guy" (Dark Army stooge?) that he foolishly inserted into his work PC's drive and that triggered the hack of Allsafe Security. I don't think that Ollie was known by Tyrell so Joanna might not know who he was, although with all of the twists and hidden turns on this show, who knows?
If Elliot is the force behind Stage 2, he in some way shape of form is in cahoots with the Dark Army which explains his early release from County. Like others have said, maybe Elliot has a third personality. Mr Robot probably knows nothing about this and "real" Elliot may not either. Mr. Robot and Elliot seem to be breaking apart at this point. I do like how the show drops a bomb at the end of one episode and then, at the beginning of the following episode goes back in time to explain what we saw the previous week. It doesn't always work for shows but for Mr. Robot it does. I loved the scene between BD Wong and Michael Christofer, two excellent actors at top of their game. Mr. Green sure has as set of cajones speaking to aka White Rose in the way that he did. I hope that they don't kill him off. He's just so deliciously evil.

Completely agree with your thoughts but I have mixed feelings about a second season. On the one hand this season, given the great finale, does feel like a one off. On the other hand, I'm so invested in these characters that I'd like to see more of them if the show runners can come up with a story line that makes some sense. I really liked Richard Colson Baker (aka Machine Gun Kelly) as Wes. He can act and when he sang he sounded good. If there is a second season, I'd like to see more of Luis Guzman (Gooch) , one of my favorite character actors. He recently got some some good news when, surprisingly, Code Black was renewed by CBS . He's excellent in the show and his scenes with Marcia Gay Harden are terrific.

I love the show and liked this episode as well. Bill and Shelli becoming an item seems entirely natural to me. Their shared experience with SHB would almost have to bring them together. Besides Shelli (AKA Carla Gugino) is so damn hot and sexy how could Bill not want her It's a more advanced version of a showmance but will it last? No mention of Phil probably going to meet Ricky Van Zant in that great rock arena in the sky? Ron White has been amazing during his time on the show and if he truly is gone, I will miss him.

I love this show but I have to give major props for Sunday night's show. Phil revealing his history in the business and his association with Ronnie Van Zant and Lynyrd Skynyrd was fabulous. Ron White's performance both on an off camera as he was narrating was brilliant. It's another instance of great comedian also being a great dramatic actor. There have been many others (Jackie Gleason, Jerry Lewis, Robin Williams, Whoopi Goldberg and Eddie Murphy who should have gotten an Oscar for Dreamgirls as examples) and he now is in that company.

That last scene with Quinn, Rachel and Chet casually laying on the lounge chairs with Jeremy knowing that, in blunt terms, he had just murdered Coleman and Yael was probably the most chilling one in the whole series. These people aren't immoral. They are amoral sociopaths who have virtually no concept of right and wrong.

My assumption is that knowing the twisting nature of the road going out of the set Jeremy punctured the car's brake fluid line. Now whether he knew enough to get the size of the hole just right so that the loss of braking wouldn't be obvious to Coleman immediately, is questionable. Jeremy may be a good camera man but in all other matters, he isn't the sharpest tool in the shed.
