IMO Karen fired her legal team because they told her appealing would be a waste of time. I'd bet this new legal team will file an appeal on February 27. It also sounds like this rehab stint is a ploy to a) stay on the show and b)stall for more time. If the courts feel Karen is playing in their face, she just might get the 60 days in jail. I think she will get the 60 days but theyi'll be suspended.

It's not that Greg has an issue with filming and reality show's effects on people's relationships; that's understandable. It's that you visibly see Keiarna shrinking whenever she talks with him; it's his way or no way at all. As I said above, I need to hear from Greg's first wife why they divorced because I think we are seeing the reason why on our screens. I think Keiarna would be better served by going back to being a friend of the show. That way, she can hang around the group without having to film with Greg. Same goes for Robyn if she comes back; she needs to be in a friend role only. I don't think it was "Gizelle's" message, though. Karen wanted Mia and Jacqueline iced off the show and when Stacey wasn't a soldier for Karen but tried to plead Mia's case, Karen decided Stacey needed to go too. Gizelle & Ashley were trying to warn Stacey: continue filming with Mia and you'll be sitting on the curb watching Season 10 with Nneka*. The interesting thing would have been to see how Wendy dealt with Karen and her backstabbery in Season 10 but I dn't think Karen will be a full time housewife for Season 10 (I think BRAVO told Karen to go to rehab or lose her job on the show, her not being at the reunion was fully approved of by BRAVO imo). If Karen is back, everyone will be on tip toes around her because they wouldn't want to be the trigger to send her back in rehab/jail. *Nneka is currently pregnant so that's 2 baby storylines RHOP has missed out on.

The subtext of that whole scene was Gizelle & Ashley telling Stacey she needed to: get on code with icing Mia out warning her if she didn't know her place and stay in it, she would also be iced out Stacey picked up what Gizelle and Ashley put down and responded by filming with Mia telling Mia about Karen talking bad about Wendy, in the hopes of flipping Wendy to their side If this current main cast is all brought back for Season 10, there will be another cast divide like in seasons 6-8, with GNA & Karen on one side, Stacey/Mia on the other and Wendy/Keiarna having to choose which side is the winning team. Remember, Karen said early in the season that some of the newer cast members needed an "OG check." Karen also didn't want Wendy around when she joined the cast in Season 5. Karen is/was faking it, just as she faked the concern about Candiace seasons 6-8 after going to BRAVO to get Candiace fired from the show. However, with Karen's conviction, IMO she won't be back for Season 10 as a full time cast member, whether she receives jail time or not. I will agree with Gizelle, Stacey should've asked if the group wanted to participate because some people don't like dogs or are allergic to them or scared of them. I wanted to take every dog home (especially the little guy who kept trying to get Ashley's attention) but not everyone is a dog person. I had the scrunch face during this exchange: Keiarna: I feel like you are dismissive of my feelings. Greg: I don't dismiss your feelings! I feel like Greg's screen time this episode shows why he is divorced because he probably treated his wife in the same dismissive way. Greg is just as dismissive to Keiarna as Juan was to Robyn. I think Keiarna is so pretty and I think she is good for the group but as long as she's with this Greg character, she should be a "friend of" the group, not a housewife. LOL @ production zooming in on Greg's custy feet.

He will because he'll take her to court to get full custody of the child and go back to Germany. Stacey will be allowed to have the child during the summers. Thats just my opinion. Karen fed Ray that little story to cover up for the fact of why a baby Rayvin could come out looking like Robyn or Gizelle. And while I don't doubt blue and gray eyes runs in Karen's family, unless Ray also had the blue/gray eye gene, Rayvin would come out with the same dark brown eyes Karen & Ray have. The unspoken secret is Karen probably wishes Rayvin came out looking like Robyn or Gizelle instead of inheriting Ray's coloring. Keiarna needs to find out exactly WHY Greg & Wife #1 divorced (and not just Greg's side of the story) because at this point I'm almost certain whatever happened between them was his fault.

I would be here for a Gordon and Ray reality show. 2 Old Black Men just having lunch and conversation at the Mall.

Candiace isn't coming back anytime soon, though.

Mia said Gordon took the kids and drove 4 hours south (which would be somewhere in Virginia). She then said he took the kids to Martha's Vineyard, which in Massachusetts, which is north of Virginia and Maryland. Mia then said the kids were still in Virginia, safe and sound so she was going to Georgia to see her other son, who had a basketball game. The older son is safe and sound with his dad in Georgia but the younger 2 kids could be in Virginia, could be in Massachusetts, could be in Maryland...we don't know. But Mia knew all along so this is all fake and that's why the cast is giving her the side eye. I wonder if Ashley will give a character statement in favor of Sesame Street like she did with Monique? LOL @ Gizelle saying the new wife was not in her league and the girls had only met her twice. Were the girls even at the cotton candy wedding? EDIT: A Youtube blogger is he one who claimed Gordon took the kids to Martha's Vineyard. He did not. The kids were in Virginia the entire time and Mia knew the entire time IMO.

I see a lot of people saying Keiarna adds nothing and that's for 2 reasons IMO: She was never supposed to have the flute in the first place; Jassi had it, was a flop and they gave it to Keiarna at the last minute Production spent way too much time on Jacqueline and Mia's skank tales I think Keiarna is good for the group's dynamics and I think Jacqueline would have been a good addition if she weren't so attached to Mia. The Jacqueline/Ashley scenes were light and fun. I feel like if Mia were taken out of the equation and Jacqueline left in, it would be totally different. I also think if Nneka hadn't allowed herself to be used as a production/cast tool to get rid of Wendy and was allowed to show more of herself, she would've fit right in with this group of ladies. The problem I've always had with Mia's casting is with the original premise of the show, they NEVER would hang out with the likes of Mia. Mia is just a low class skanky ho. Karen & Gizelle might be hoes behind the scenes but they don't carry themselves that way. Ashley does all the freaky things and shoves her boobs in everyone's face but she still doesn't come across as skanky as Mia. I appreciate Mia is proud to be a ho, but she declasses the show and she gotta go. Wendy and Ashley looked like live action carnation bouquets.

Nothing was hidden, Ray coaching her and trying to get her out of her jam was on the bodycam footage. I think Karen will end up getting the 60 days she was originally offered in the plea deal. The court didn't release that embarrassing body cam footage for nothing. Maryland is just getting started on Karen because she wasted everyone's time --especially if this is actually her 4th DUI. IMO Bravo ordered Karen to go to rehab ASAP if she wanted to keep her job. Her non-attendance at the reunion was ordered by BRAVO, they will give her a special interview like they did for Robyn after she completes her jail sentence. IMO she won't be on Season 10 and they're going to end up bringing Robyn back in some capacity. especially since Candiace is gone and will never be back.

I'll save you from having to watch the reunion because this is how it's gonna go down: Andy will solemnly say "Karen could not be with us today. She gave us a statement to read, in part 'I regret I will not be at this year's reunion. I realize I have been suppressing feelings for a very long time and it has taken a heavy told on my mental and emotional well being. For this reason I have checked myself into a wellness program to learn how to deal with my grief over my parents' death and how to manage my emotions in a healthy way. I hope to be able to share my story with you soon but at this time I have to prioritize my mental and emotional health." Andy: Um, so that's Karen's statement. Does anyone have anything to say about this? Gizelle? Gizelle: Um, uh, so I'm glad Karen is prioritizing her mental health and seeking some help, so yeah. I'm um glad Karen is getting some help. Andy: Ashley? Ashley: Well Andy I'm just glad Karen decided to get some help and really get healthy for herself. We love Karen and we just want her to get better. Nene can't judge anyone's parenting because Bryson is a cant get right. Mia has always declassed the show. Nowhere in real life would any of them actually hang out with the likes of Mia or Jacqueline. Even though Ashley essentially had the same freaky sugar baby trajectory as Mia (minus being a stripper), Ashley presents better than Mia. Charrisse says this is actually Karen's fourth DUI but she was able to get the other two reduced down to lesser charges and she's been drinking and driving long before her parents passed away.

Essence Magazine thinks Mia is declassing the show. Last season, Essence wrote about the colorism going on and the xenophobia of the osu/shrine storyline and BRAVO toasted up the cast and got rid of Nneka* so Mia might be watching Season 10 at home with Gordon, Jacqueline and Inc. *It's a shame cast & production used Nneka to get rid of Wendy with the osu/shrine storyline because I think Nneka would've fit in great with the new cast changes.

Ashley is trying to get her money's worth out of her baskeballs. You know, if Candiace had insinuated Gizelle's daughters were sneaky hoes, Gizelle wouldn't be sitting there slow and delayed like she is with Mia. Karen's wig was sitting in the back of her skull like it was in that body cam video. Ashley & Gizelle looked disgusted Keiarna was suing Sesame Street ...I'm quite sure they would have no problem with Sesame Street suing Candiace just as they expressed no concern about Michael suing Candiace (obviously Ashley couldn't comment). LOL @ Keiarna saying Deborah's inability to pay wasn't her problem.

Because some people are delusional and think they can manipulate other people into getting their way. There is a reality show called "Love and Marriage Huntsville" where the husband took a video of his wife giving him fellatio (but his face isn't seen in the video). They are now divorced and he sent her a screenshot of the video to threaten her (he also showed the video to the other cast members on the show and admitted to sending the screenshot to his ex-wife to a YouTube blogger). The ex-wife went to the police and the the police charged him with domestic violence/harassing communications. He had a judge trial in September and was found guilty but received a suspended sentence. He is now appealing the sentence and wants a jury trial, which will occur next month. Sadly for him, one of the cast members confirmed he showed them the video of the ex-wife performing fellatio. Lots of people are guilty, know they're guilty and other people know they're guilty but they think they can be slick enough to get out of it and Karen is one of those people.

Let's keep this real: Ray is fine now but he is almost 80 and he is going to need caretaking in the future. It could be 5 or 10 years from now but he will need care and Karen doesn't want to sit around with him now and she's not going to want to sit around with him when he needs care. Karen's parents weren't in their 90s, they were in their early 70s when they died. Her parents and Ray were the same age, by the way. If her parents were still alive, they would still be in their late 70s. You don't need to be in your 90s to come down with Alzheimers or dementia; both B. Smith and Bruce Willis were diagnosed in their 60s. We didn't hear about the caretaking of Karen's parents because she wasn't the one caretaking the parents, her sister was. It's no shade to Karen because most people are not mentally, physically or emotionally equipped to be a caretaker. That's why they leave it up to another family member or a facility. And the family member who ends up being the caretaker is usually the oldest daughter or the unmarried daughter. It is what it is. We don't know what Ray is like behind closed doors but what we do know is when Karen had her crash, he was right there at the scene trying to help her out. I wonder if the new soap opera "Beyond the Gates" will edit out Karen's cameo appearance?

I guess it's ok to pollute the skies of Virginia but Potomac is sacred. There are LOTS of duck and wildlife at that park Karen & her sister released the balloons at. Jacqueline immediately left when Karen told her to leave so Karen has no case. I wonder if Karen felt Candiace should've pressed trespassing charges against Ashley? Mia still doesn't get the point: Gizelle isn't putting her children's dirty laundry out on social media for public consumption while Mia is. It's not the public's business if Grace/Twins bring a boy to the house* and it's not the public's business** if Mia's son doesn't know who his daddy is. Mia's personality is too intertwined with her kids: she always perceives an attack on her to be an attack on her kids. I think Candiace or Wendy called *MIA* slow and she turned that into an attack on this same son because he has an IEP --why is Mia so invested in letting everyone know her slow son doesn't know who his daddy is? What's up with her shaming this particular kid? I was wondering why Mia left the children with the nanny (Jacqueline's sister) instead of leaving with Gordon, until we found out Gordon took the kids and dropped them off with another nanny. I would bet Mia asked Gordon to keep the kids, he said no, she dropped them off with Nanny #1, he got mad, took them from Nanny #1 and dropped them off with Nanny #2. These people are the circus and the carnival. *Mia is probably remembering her own ho activities at Grace/Twins age and projecting that onto them **Gizelle didn't think it was any problem for the public to know about Monique's child's paternity in Season 5. I guess it's only distasteful if you discuss your own child's questionable paternity ...not if somebody else questions it.

I would bet both the attorney and Ray advised Karen to plea and she decided to fight it because she knew if there was no bodycam footage admitted and the state didn't have medical proof of her drunkenness, they had no case besides reckless driving. Unless she is prepared to divorce Ray, this may be the last we will see of Karen because I can see him demanding she come up off this show and move to Florida and seek treatment for her issues. But she's not going to divorce him because Karen is very image conscious and kicking old old Ray to the curb while she runs the streets is not a good look. Karen married Ray to have a soft life and now the payment has come due and Karen doesn't want to pay. Karen was said to have been a drunk before either of her parents passed away so their deaths is not the reason she's struggling with booze. Karen is probably facing the fact she will be caretaking Ray sooner than later and she wants to be out in those streets, not sitting at home babysitting an old man. She's not built for that caretaking life*, otherwise she would've moved her parents up to Potomac and had home health care looking after them instead of leaving them in Virginia for her sister to take care of. *This is no shade to Karen because most people are not built for that caretaking life. It's hard, it's tough and it's a sacrifice most people aren't willing (or able) to make.

Matt was her assistant who just killed himself but he wasn't Blue Eyes. This is her second official DUI conviction but I heard the others were reduced down to reckless driving. Karen can appeal if she wants to but we can't unsee that bodycam footage. Viewers like Karen and they would be interested in a rehab/redemption story from her. However, if she continues to hide her life, she can sit on the unemployment line with Robyn. Robyn was fired because Mia gave the storyline Robyn was supposed to give in Season 8. Juan refusing to show up to the reunion was the last straw. However, I think the network likes Robyn and I think they may ask her to come back next season as a friend of the show (or Charrisse). That way she won't have to talk about Juan. There's a good chance Karen won't be back next season because she'll either be in jail, rehab or Ray will make her come off this show and move to Florida permanently. BRAVO is going to have to plan for RHOP without Karen. I don't think Karen will be on a "do not rehire" status like Candiace and Katie, though.

The only acceptable way she could skip the reunion and keep her job is she goes straight to rehab OR if somewhere in her conviction she can't leave Maryland. But the reunion is allegedly supposed to film on January 9 and she gets sentenced on January 29 so I doubt she will be going to rehab ahead of her sentencing. If she doesn't show up, then her employment at BRAVO needs to be over. There are plenty of other drunks on this show past and present they can highlight. The state of Maryland gave Karen's bodycam video to Fox5DC minutes after she was found guilty. It's on their YouTube channel. Karen's had at least 3 address changes while being on this show. I'm wondering if she still had the Virginia driver's license and never changed it from that. Remember, Ray was digging around in Karen's purse searching high and low for her driver's license, then offered his driver's license to the cops. Ray knew Karen's license was out of order. That's not going to fly for Karen because we've all seen the bodycam footage. Her calling the cop poor and white, evoking Andy Cohen's name and saying she was Thomas Jefferson's concubine has nothing to do with sentencing. I'd want to know employees of who? The network or the production company?

Karen better check into rehab and have an alcoholism redemption story if she wants to save her job. Season 10 casting predictions: Karen, Mia, Jacqueline, Jassi & Keiarna will be out. Robyn and Charisse will be brought back. Here's the full bodycam video from Fox5DC.

That's why I want to know where she really was and who was she really with. The cousin she was on the phone with testified as to her state of mind ---where was the friend she allegedly went out to dinner with? The lawyer wasn't incompetent, the lawyer has probably done this before for Karen: 1) Refuse to take the breathalyzer/BAC tests 2) Get that bodycam footage struck Without the bodycam footage and the blood alcohol tests, the state of Maryland had no case. The most they could've gotten her for was reckless driving. Sadly for Karen, that bodycam footage was not struck. At that point, her lawyer should have told her to take the plea. IMO Karen insisted on going to trial because she felt she was above the law. Remember, she told the cops if they Googled her they'd be ashamed of arresting her, asked the cops if they knew who she was and told that one cop she was the Grande Dame. This isn't Karen's first rodeo with DUI or being in a state of sloppy drunkenness. This makes me mad for Ray because she's been claiming he's not there for her and said on the other episode she had the accident because she was in distress over her marital problems with Ray. But who came immediately to the scene to help her out of yet another drunken jam? Ray.

Karen shouldn't have said anything, as it was a pending case. That means Karen shouldn't have said ANYTHING, especially nothing about being vindicated, being run off the road, being emotional, grief over her mother etc. Karen was trying to manage our impressions (just like Monique was trying to manage our impressions after she tried to rip Candiace's wig off her scalp) and as with Monique and the Sesame Street fight, when the actual camera footage is revealed, it just doesn't make the people trying to manage the impression look good. Honestly, I think the "You are poor and white" comment to the cop might hurt Karen with BRAVO and the fans just as much as the actual DUI. She actually wasn't. She told them (and the EMTs) to F off, accused them of coming for her because she's Black and told the one guy he was poor and white.

Ray needs to take her off this show or go to Florida and leave her behind to her fate. There is no way she thinks she will appeal and win when: Cop: Ma'am, step away from the car. It's on fire. Ma'am you were not targeted because you're Black, you were targeted because you crashed into a tree, mowed down a traffic sign and your car caught on fire. Plus around the same time as Karen's incident, there was an incident where the girl was drunk driving at high speed the wrong way down a Maryland highway and slammed into another car, killing herself and an innocent motorist (and her social media was filled with posts bragging about drunk driving)...so when the Karen news came out people in the area were not sympathetic to Karen's drunk driving. (county adjacent to Karen's county) *(but CANDIACE was the one with racial issues and insecurities, right?) EDIT: Karen's story was that she was with a friend and got emotional and was drinking. We still don't know who the friend she was supposedly with is. The cousin she was on the phone with testified to show her state of mind but not this "friend." Why not? Was she drinking alone or was this friend her affair partner?

EDIT: the Twitter account @ KennethMoton has the bodycam footage. Karen is SLOSHED. She should've pled guilty and done the community service. The judge should give her EXTRA time in jail for wasting everyone's time. That's why she wanted that bodycam footage struck. Karen might be a friend of the show next year if she's on Season 10 at all. Paging Robyn Dixon...
