    Kyle Richards and Her ‘RHOBH’ Co-Stars to Be Dragged Into Her Husband’s $32 Million Legal Battle

    The man suing Mauricio Umansky and his company has informed the court he is after “communications with any of the performed, producers, directors, writers, or any other persons affiliated with the ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ television show related to the property or this action.”

    It turns out that the home at the center of the lawsuit – which Umansky was the realtor for – was used on the show while still being listed. It was the location of a massive party during Season 7 of  “RHOBH.”

    The mansion in question had been seized by the United States government from Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue, who allegedly used funds stolen from his home country Equatorial Guinea (Mangue is the son of the president).

    Umansky sold the home to a man named Mauricio Oberfeld for $32.5 million. The sale was approved by the United States Government. However, the seller accused Umansky of failing to inform him that prior to the sale, Umansky received much higher side-offers. Umansky also allegedly never disclosed he had partnered with the buyer to purchase the property.

    Umansky sold the home for $69.9 million a year later, at a profit of $37 million.

    Sweetwater Malibu, which is run by Teodoro Mangue, accused Umansky in their lawsuit of breaching his duties as a real estate agent and believed he did self-dealing and earned secret profits.

    In his motion to dismiss, Umansky denied all allegations of fraud and calls out Mangue. He says the home was taken from Mangue after the U.S. government found his hundreds of millions came from criminal activity.

    He claims Mangue’s lawsuit is nothing more than an attempt to take back the proceeds he forfeited to the United States.

    Back in October 2018, Umansky and The Agency — and his insurance company, Western World Insurance — dismissed a separate lawsuit over the $32 million home sale.

    Umansky was sued by his insurance company, Western World, who wanted the court to order they didn’t have to pay for his legal bills relating to the dispute between Umansky and the seller of the Malibu home (aka Sweetwater Malibu), claiming he had breached their contract.

    Kyle Richards’ husband then counter-sued the insurance company and accused them of taking the side of the seller in the dispute over the sale. He denied all allegations of wrongdoing or that he breached their deal. He demanded Western World’s lawsuit against him not move forward until the outcome of the issue with the seller.

    Umansky denied all allegations of wrongdoing and said the entire transaction was subject to terms of a settlement agreement between the seller and the United States Government.

    VK's hair is a mess in that photo.  Why didn't she fluff and puff before walking out on stage.  Was she too busy running around telling everyone again that she was guaranteed a spot on the team, like she did last year?

    I’m kind of with Kitty on the DCC soft-train. The standard for the team isn’t “looks great for most people”. They have to wear a tiny uniform that only a small percentage of the population looks good in. 

    In Kitty's own words to an 11 pound overweight VK last season, "She deserve a spot on this team!"

    If Kitty can say that about VK, I would hope she doesn't come out this season and claim ANYONE is soft!  They all DESERVE a spot on the team, right Kitty!?!?!?

    Matt had a whole year to finish that stupid pirate ship.  Why didn't he?

    I have lost all respect for Tori.  The diaper situtation was gross enough, but then she pulls it out of Murphy's mouth and throws it down and starts yelling at him.  

    In the meantime I'm thinking, what the hell is there not a garbage can or can't you contain the diaper somewhere?  This is your husband's family business, no one else wants to pull up and see a dirty disgusting diaper.  I was floored that she didn't put it in the garbage.

    Take this show off the air, Tori and Zach are not appealing AT ALL.

    VK's thighs look huge still.  No way is she uniform ready. No wonder she was trying to hide her appearance by sucking her stomach in and sticking her ribs out.   Her hair is stringy and frizzy and a hot mess.

    And she made it to finals?  How?

    I didn't like the way VK was given first, second and third chances last year either. But I'm very willing to give her a chance this year and see what happens. She's not as bad as some people make her out to be. Yes, she's still got some  issues with spacing and a heavier style - but she's not god awful. I think she earned her spot at finals this year. In some circles she's a fan favorite.

    The girlses have turned this show into the Lifestyles of the Rich MTV Paycheck.

    She was probably looking at Hyett's Crossing Towns which is a new build community and getting consults but lied and said she purchased the property.

    Kail is such an ass.  She used her kids by posing pictures and asking them if they are excited about the "new land".

    Definitely makes sense that she couldn't get the mortgage.  Poor kids, so sorry they had to be dragged through the "this is going to be our dream house, looks at all this land ... um, this big lot!"

    She got them so hyped for a new McMansion and filmed it and everything.  I wouldn't be surprised if all this talk about a McMansion in a nice neighborhood was all for show.

I don't watch any of the new girls and can't imagine I'll watch Jade, either.

    I agree, either merge the shows or cancel both.  I fast forward through all the new girls.  I don't even know who Jade is, just like I didn't know who Cheyenne and Brianna were and I only knew Bristol because of her connection with her mom.  And i fast forward through all of their episodes and barely pay attention to Chelsea on the couch in sweats complainng about her "anxiety issues" or "pill popping" Leah and her made up drama.  
     

    I think the franchise is about done.  Find something new MTV, 10 years is too long for this shitshow.

    Such disrespect for a world class team if they put VK on the team with her attitude alone and mean girl mentality.

    “[Jenelle] has been advised by officials to keep 2-year-old daughter Ensley at a friend’s house and away from the home she shares with husband, David Eason,” the outlet wrote.

    While Jenelle has reportedly agreed to move Ensley away from home as the investigation into her husband’s behavior continues, it’s currently unknown if the axed Teen Mom 2 star, who was booted from the series after Nugget’s death, has actually taken that action.

    I know, just drop the show, MTV.  The series has run it's course, no one wants to see Kail and Leah frolic in the Costa Rica surf on MTV's dime or watch the coven in their misery or watch Chelsea sit on a couch in sweatpants.  

    I don't even know who this new girl is nor do I feel I want to invest any more time on TM2.

    The show is done.  Get rid of it entirely.
