Ramona has always had wonky eyes.  Remember that fashion show she walked in years ago?  They actually seemed less pronounced in recent years.  Until tonight.

Was that the side of her face where she had the mystery bruise?

Sir Andy of the Wonkey Eyes was obsessed with it. They showed it quite a few times during the reunion and again on WWHL.  (BTW, Lu looked unusually awful to me).

???. The guy who tried to make out with her on the daybed?! Why do women end up with guys like that? She could do soooo much better. I mean, just staying single for the rest of her life would be better.

Because he has a profession and a place in Florida for cold Maine winters.  Chelsea was awful on Arie’s season and just as awful here.

  3. Tia is a nag and a shrew. Her past dating history makes sense now.  We’ve seen so many scene of her endless outraged prattling about other people.  She would drive anyone nuts.  Hope this is the last we see or hear from her.  I love that the editors hate her.

I know why Carole is pissed at Betheny; because Frankel behaved like a two-faced, backstabbing bitch all season. Because Frankel happily trashed her supposed "dear friend" Carole on camera (and did so long before Carole caught on, while Carole was still complimenting and defending Frankel to people). Because Carole gave Frankel five thousand dollars for Puerto Rico, and asked friends with private planes to help, even as Frankel acted like Carole blew her off and gave her no support. Because Bethenny thought it was funny to turn Anthony Radizwill into a punchline; because Bethenny was a rude bitch about Adam; because Betheny is not the friend Radziwill thought she was, and she finally realized Frankel is a pitbull of a human being, ready to savage and turn on anybody in her path, for no reason at all.

That's more than enough for me to get where Radiziwll is coming from --  I'd feel a deep, clean rage at any human being who did one of those things to me, never mind repeated emotional attacks meant to gaslight, undermine and humiliate me; and all coming from someone who spouts "I love you" with all the sincerity of a pimp.

It's funny, we talk about men abusing women in this culture, but rarely about the Bethennys of the world; the way women like her love breaking down other women, love shaming them, mocking them, trying to rob them of confidence and the ability to coherently defend themselves against the hateful verbal onslaught coming their way.

What's even funnier is how --  if Frankel were a man --  her abuse would have ended her career years ago.

Isn't it perfect that the one woman who genuinely gave zero fuck was not wannabe Frankel, but Carole?

Yes to everything, as usual!  Your observations are always spot on .... BUT on this subject, I can’t ignore that Carole knew just what she was getting into.

Carole had seen B’s behavior with the other Housewives, as well as other people in her life, like the ex.  Carole happily joined in spewing the venom, but she was foolish to think it would never be turned on her.

Like the Scorpion she is, it’s B’s “nature” to sting.  (And Carole actually looks like she could have been the turtle that gave the Scorpion the ride in the Fable).

  5. I’m not a Mother, so for all I know it’s fine, but it drives me absolutely crazy when Sonja refers to her daughter as the “kid”.  Just seems disrespectful somehow (maybe it’s the way she says it, sounds derisive to my ear).  Considering the “kid” is her meal ticket maybe she could make her sound like something more than an inconvenience.

Poor Chelsea, having to choose between Nick and David!?!?

I think Chelsea sniffed out that David’s family has money.  Baby Moma needs a Sugar Daddy, or in David’s case, a Sugar Moma’s Boy.

And then in the next scene, they were standing around the kitchen island that had a bouquet of white roses.

Far be it for me to defend Lu, but I believe one of the ladies brought the flowers for Ro.  I will second the poster who pointed out that Lu’s diarrhea ass was plunked right down on the island in the kitchen.

  8. Sorry if this has already been mentioned but I’m only 20 mins in at we’re at Bethenny’s apt and I can’t focus on anything but the fire door that is right in her entry??!?!  I assume she has the full floor and the fire door is required by law but there has to be a way to camaflogue it.  She spent all that money and it looks like is living in a factory.

  9. Garret/Becca/Likes: The one thing they’re not saying is how Garrett does not share those views now that he’s been educated.  It’s all, sorry if I offended anyone, not I liked an ignorant tweet or insta or whatever.

  10. I watch this show on Saturday mornings and it always sends me to the bakery in search of something I simply have to have.   Last week it was cinnamon rolls.   Cruel to show the Mallomar episode durning the season when they don’t ship them to many parts of the country (including mine!)

Cathryn was delightful, especially in standing up to Paul.  (I wonder if all the “Good Place” cursing is because she has young children).  Sorry to see her go.

I listened to Dorinda on the Tomorrow Show podcast (link below) and came away with the belief that she needs alcohol rehab. At first, it's an innocuous enough interview about Dorinda's life history.  She's charming and reveals some details about her humble background and early career. As the interview went on, I could hear Dorinda repeatedly sipping a drink. Normally, I would assume it's water, but as time went on she started misanswering (not a word, I know) the questions and slightly slurring. By the end of the interview, she was sloshed, IMO.

Dorinda has a clear issue with booze and I wonder if it will be swept under the rug since so many of the Housewives' storylines involve alcohol abuse. I like Dorinda, as does apparently much of the audience, but, damn, I wish she would quit drinking and present herself as the "salt of the Earth" persona she could be.

Thanks so much for this.  Wow!!  It explains so much, especially Dorinda’s raging inferiority complex (which, to me, drives a lot of her rage and outrage).  And yes, she is totally sloshed by the end.

Dorinda really needs to get help with her drinking and whatever drug problem she has. She is a complete mess.

I was amazed to see on #rhony that Bethenny flat out posted that Dorinda was on coke the entire trip.  Can’t wait for the reunion.

(Sorry ALL, too good to be true is right ... several posters point out this is a fake account. )

On a new note:  Dorinda is abaolutely unrepentant and in denial on WHHL.

Oh WWHL is very interesting.  Ramona is just gushing about Carole.  But every poll and the guest, Meghan McCain, are all team Luann and major team Bethenny.  Ramona is not comfortable with it.

Yes, the  ladies do seem to be staging a mutiny against B.  Wonder what she thought of all of the drama queen talking heads and lack of sympathy in tonight’s episode, in her own talking head she even mentioned the joke that fell flat.  Must suck for her and it is very deserved.

  14. The story about Carole’s departure is up on the Bravo website.  It references focusing on projects more suited to her {superior} nature.  It was funny tonight, when once again, she claimed to be very busy with “.........” things.

Bless her heart, if she really had something in the works she could have used it as a storyline a la Kyle on BH.  Oh wait,  she’ll never complete it to promote it.

The other funny line in the Bravo piece referenced her “major” accomplishments this year like having her essay published in Cosmo and, of course, “running the Marathon” [read in Ronnie & Ben’s voices from the Watch What Crappens Podcast].

  15. These ladies bring it.

During the 2 ring circus Luanne kept checking to see of the camera was “getting this”.

Bethanney is a coward.  First trying to run away (but only via private plane, apparently a commercial flight out wasn’t an option for the Millionaires) then repeatedly trying to get out of it at the dinner (I don’t want to do this here, people are listening) dislike Carole immensely but applaud her for keeping B on the hot seat.

At least B & C didn’t play dirty.  The whole season there has been the feeling that there is more to this story but, so far,  no one has spilled.

  16. I’m sorry but any good will Kathryn earned with me disappeared after seeing those balloons she had bolted on.  Why on earth would she do that to herself?  I wonder how Gwynn’s felt about their “brand Ambassador”’s outfit?

Well, I don’t know if a “squirter” is good or bad, but Luann seems to love sex, so it must be good?  If it’s so good, then why did Tom want out?  And, does that whole circle of friends talk like that?  I would be mortified if I were Luann. Her life is an open book.  Shame, shame on her.  LOL.  Learn something every day.

Remember it was repressed Dorinda who classified it as Harry saying “horrible things about Luanne”.  It’s like she didn’t mind the indiscretion of kissing and telling but, like Ramona (the other Catholic School girl), she seemed to view it negatively and with some judgment.

What does it say about me that I even remember this stuff, likely that I’m a Catholic School girl too!

I am asking the same questions.

When I googled, the only thing that came up was that Harry Dubin tried to persuade Missy at Ramona’s Extremely Slicked-Back High Ponytail party to disclose private information about Tom and Missy’s relationship with Tom.

I also think it was Harry who shared some personal information about Luanne’s sexual response which Ramona repeated, then said oops and giggled and seemed not to even know what it means.

Brookland Plantation is beautiful.  I did a little research on it.  They were going to subdivide the property and when Thomas heard that he immediately bought it and immediately put a conservation easement on it.  Thomas may be a butthead but I gotta give him credit saving the plantation.  Kudos for that.

The result of the conservation easement is definitely a positive thing, but Thomas’s motivation was more likely the tax credits.  In some states they can be sold to another taxpayer at a high mark up.  As a real estate developer, Thomas may have also been able to use the credits himself.

Not being argumentative, I just refuse to see anything positive in Thomas.
