  1. Laura helped bring down Victor and his brother way back in the late 70s/early 80s Ice Princess story line.  The Cassidines had built a weather machine and froze Port Charles in August.  Victor was the only one of the 3 brothers to survive and spent decades in prison.  He has been planning his revenge for 40 years.  Victor's pride had to be hurt when Laura, dressed in a pink evening gown and high heels, held him at bay with a machine gun.  Here is a link to the video.  The Laura/Victor scene starts at 1:35.

Michael has killed two people underneath his belt.

I remember Michael killing Claudia, who else did he kill?

I feel so bad for Monica because I think Michael is on the road to becoming an active part of Sonny's "business".  I really despise SLS but I don't want to see Monica lose her grandson.

And Michael coming in like a wrecking ball. Hey, Michael, you should stamp "property of" across Wylie's forehead, then lift your leg and pee all over him to make sure that your territory is marked.

That is what Carly did to Jason.  Like mother like son.

Maggie Gyllenhall is a delight.  I can't wait to see her movie!

Co-sign all day long!!!  Did you see her amazing performance in The Deuce?

Her performance in Sherrybaby was outstanding.  I worked with female inmates who were in an intensive  substance abuse treatment program while they were behind bars and Maggie nailed it.

Sasha and Brando get told their son is brain dead and their plan is being him home with the ventilator for years? Good for Britt giving them the facts.

Britt has been excellent with Brando and Sasha.  She was able to give them the cold hard facts about Liam's condition and is allowing them time to come to terms with the decisions they will need to make for their child.  Britt describing sending Liam to a long term care facility, in a vegetated state, being kept alive by machines, having infections, seizures and bed sores had me in tears.

As someone who hate wasting things, I thought Dan burning the furniture was a big waste and it was ridiculous to want $2000 for furniture that's over 40 years old. If Dan didn't get the deal he wanted, he could've stored it in the garage, advertise online and waited. If someone in Lanford didn't want it, someone outside will.

Darlene is broke so she buys a phone for a  guy she met  a couple weeks ago. Yet even more Connor financial stupidity.

The Conners have no common sense when it comes to finances.  Darlene is too broke to provide for her kids but buys her boyfriend a phone.  Dan knows he needs money to buy a new bedroom set for himself and Louise.  I know burning the furniture was cathartic for him but he NEEDED the cash from the furniture sale.  This type of thing is why the family will never be financially secure.  Dan collects Social Security and works at the hardware store, Darlene is an executive at Wellman, Becky is a single mom who works part time and is going to college and Louise has earned enough money that she owns a condo.  They aren't rich, but should be financially stable.  (I don't know why Louise is moving into the Conner home instead of having Dan move into her condo.)

I hate to say it, but Spencer was right about Bette's outfit, even if he wasn't exactly tactful about it. She looked like a 70-year old hooker.

The wardrobe department needs to rethink Jane Seymour's "costumes" hair and make up.  Bette can dress sexy without looking like a 70-year old hooker with dementia.  When I see her, all I can think of is Lola, the showgirl, from Barry Manilow's Copacabana.

(Ava lost points with me. Pumpkin and Pecan. where's the apple and strawberry rhubarb?

Sorry, Daisy I am going have to disagree with you,  Pecan pie is my favorite because my grandma only made it for Thanksgiving.  She had apple trees and was always making apple pies, apple sauce, and apple tarts.  In the spring, she would bake at least a dozen strawberry rhubarb pies.  Grandma's kitchen always smelled sooooo good.

Monica is telling Drew his place is with the family.  Monica says she needed to remodel. Drew says he misses the photos. And Monica starts to cry, and says yes, but it was just a reminder of everyone who died.

Monica has had two daughters and two sons murdered.  I am glad she has Drew back.  Even though he is not her biological child and she did not raise him, Monica and Drew have a strong mother and son bond.

These guests were actually pretty laid back, and very kind.  Very low maintenance.  They asked for a casino night, and only played Left, Right, Center dice.  (Such a fun game for all ages - maybe that's why)  I don't recall them asking for the 80's theme, but they loved it.  They went to bed early and not super demanding or crazy drunken shennanigans.  Plus, a TREMENDOUS tip!

I was impressed that both the teenager and the young boy were so polite and well behaved.  Last season Jackie Siegel, Queen of Versailles brought her underage sons with her and those boys were drunken nightmares for the crew.

well "everyone" for him as of right now is Nina, Carly, his brat daughter and Sonny and Alexis. so basically. everyone is on the outs with him. but i don't even know why they even bothered with that. just send him to Sydeny.

Ingo had issues in his social media and fellow cast members.  I have always liked Jax and hope TPTB recast the role.  If they do recast Jax, I want him to remember that Ned is his best friend.  Jax is a corporate raider and Drew's business partner in Aurora Media.  What if Ned, Jax and Drew worked together to regain control over ELQ.  It would also be fun to watch the three of them having a guys night out.  I also want Jax to take his blinder off when it comes to Joss.  Carly jr. is a selfish brat who is blind to the dangers of Mob life.  Her father needs to serve up some tough love to help Joss turn her life around.  Joss has been written as being Carly's dream teenager when Joss should have been written as Carly;s nightmare teenager.

So much for Willow wising up about the Corinthos cult. She was back following Michael's lead and getting worked up over things Nina might do, like showing up unannounced on Thanksgiving.

I think Willow will wise up once she is faced with the realities of being married to the mob.  Cyrus is still out there and is planning his next move against Sonny.  Willow has yet to experience the violence and dangers of a mob war.  Cyrus has put out a hit on his siblings, Laura and Martin, he will not hesitate to go after the entire Corinthos family, including the children.  I can see Willow being so terrified for Wiley's safety that she leaves Michael and takes her son with her.

I'm sort of surprised that there wasn't more urgency on Ava's part to find Leo. That's her dead brother's son. Oh, he was walking down the street on the sidewalk, by himself, in the dark, but he was 100% fine. Cheerio! The fuck, Ava! That's your nephew!

I think Ava was trying to reassure Olivia.  If Leo was walking down the street by himself it meant Leo had not been taken by anyone, and was most likely still in the neighborhood.

Alexis and Sam are really holier than thou attacking Nikolas. Alexis practically was his only family since he was born, she should be more with him

Before Alexis went to prison she had a therapy session with Kevin in which she opened up about her father Mikkos.  She was able to remember how he had beaten her mother.  She went to prison the next day and was not in an emotionally or physically safe space to process her feelings about her father.  I think her anger towards Nickolas has more to do with Mikkos, Stavoros, Helena and the rest of the Cassidines.  Alexis has always held out hope that Nicholas would be the GOOD Cassidine.  Both Alexis and her nephew grew up in a royally dysfunctional cut throat family and they are both damaged.  I hope the two can work through their issues and invite Valentin for a game of Cassidine-how effed up is our family-poker.

I'll miss Jax. Back in the 90s I just adored him, and I still have a lot of residual fondness for the character. But Ingo made his choice and I have zero sympathy.

Jax is a great character but I have not enjoyed him as much since he returned.  I miss the Jax who was best friends with Alexis and Ned.  There were a lot of BTS issues with Ingo.  I hope they do not kill off Jax and go for a recast instead.  I would love to see Jax and Ned joining forces to regain control of ELQ.

Oh look, Jason gets to be another character to not shoot Peter.

There are so many characters who had the opportunity  yet failed to kill Peter.  Each one uttered the phrase "I should have killed Peter while I had the chance".  I'm surprised that they haven't started a support group.

I thought it was facinating that Tim was looking backwards and talking about all the things he would never see because of vaccines and other medical advances, while Patrick was looking to the future and talking about all the things Tim would see that Patrick could never imagine.

As a doctor, Tim will be dealing with the AIDS crisis and possibly the Covid Pandemic.  Tim would be in his 70's during the pandemic, but I can see him coming out of retirement to treat the residents of Poplar during the crisis.

I want to see a flashback episode of all the nuns/midwives early in thier careers, especially to see what Sister Monica Joan was like when she was at her best.

Yes!  I would love to see a young Sister Monica Joan and Sister Evangelina.  These two women came from such different backgrounds and grew to respect and love each other.  It would be wonderful to watch the beginning of their relationship.  Imagine young Sister Julianne entering Nonnatus House for the first time.  She would be mentored by two Sisters/Midwives that were such wonderful teachers, each with their own strengths.  Sister Monica Joan, wearing her heart on her sleeve and Sister Evangelina with her no nonsense practicality.  They were a big part of making Sister Julianne into such a compassionate and competent leader of Nonnatus House.

  20. Michael is so stupid.  He told Ava and Nina that he is behind the charges being brought against Nina.  The DA trying the case is in a high profile campaign for State Attorney General.  All Scott needs to do is investigate the DA/candidate's campaign contributions and find a link to Micheal or his family's businesses. Micheal and the DA could be facing bribery charges.  Micheal is a convicted felon and could face jail time.  That would serve that Stupid Little Shit right.

This will not happen but it does give Nina plenty of ammunition for a custody/visitation rights to Wiley.

I feel like Liesl is the only one ballsy enough to take out Peter. Everyone else is just bluffing.

So many people have tried but failed to kill Peter, could it be that Port Charles once again has a vampire on it's hands?  Could the undead Caleb Morley/Stephan Clay be hanging out in the sealed sub basement of GH?  Both Elizabeth and Finn thought he was dead when they put him in Helena's freezer, what if vampire Caleb/Stephan  turned him?  That is the only logical reason I can come up with to explain why all of these WSB agents have failed to kill the son of a bitch.

If I were playing Clue my guess would be

Liesl Olbrect--in Crete--with a flying wooden dagger thru the heart.

I think I have been watching too much What We Do in the Shadows.

In fairness, tequila probably isn't on the menu in Spanish bars, so maybe sherry?

Sangria?  I would love to see a spin off miniseries of Millicent and Phyllis on vacation.  A couple of episodes every year with them visiting different "exotic" locations would be so much fun to watch.
