  1. I’ve come to the conclusion that nuJordan isn’t cutting it. I don’t know if it’s because they aren’t writing for her, showing her or she just isn’t tough or edgy enough for the role. I’m watching an interview with Michael Morgan on The Locher Room and really think GH should have snapped her up in between her roles on Y&R. Jordan Ashford Is almost to pretty for the role. She looks like she should be working at Deception than a police commissioner. If they don’t start writing for her I don’t see her lasting in the role for much longer.

  2. Hope’s outfit was probably left over from her visit to Coachella. It’s the only explanation. I thought Li was going knock out Sheila but Sheila beat her to hr punch. I do think it’s funny how Sheila keeps saying shooting Finn was an accident but she she keeps forgetting that she knowingly shot Steffy, robbed them and didn’t call 911 for help. Of course, she will beat all the charges and back out on the streets legally. As for, Quinn and Eric. She is going to lose her mind when she finds out that Donna has been boffing him again. The last time Quinn was threatening Donna in the office Quinn scared the crap outta me and I was only watching it on my tv. LOL!!!!

  3. Saw this interesting blurb about GH contracts while talking about Gregory Harrison. I didn’t realize how many contract players they had. That said, I didn’t know if this is more or less than Y&R. DOOL is hard to judge because people seem to come and go there:

Since the last time we reported on changes to the show’s contract cast, “General Hospital” has added Tanisha Harper as Jordan Ashford, Tabyana Ali as Trina Robinson, Robert Gossett as Marshall Ashford, Michael Kruse as Rory Cabrera and Josh Kelly as Cody Bell to its roster. In total, the soap currently has 36 actors under contract with several dozen more working in a recurring capacity.

Wow, I agree with Ty: That win was "unbelievable." Their bedroom was okay, but that bathroom... If I'd been the judge, they would've lost on that alone. I have more space between my vanity and shower in my tiny, tiny bathroom than they did in that one more than twice the size, and that's going to be mightily inconvenient, especially if there's ever two people wanting to use the bathroom at the same time. Plus, the overall bathroom just wasn't that great looking. Combining the bathtub and the shower, as the other two teams did, was a much better use of space and more appealing to look at.

Between last week and this week, I am really not impressed with Ty's team. Their designs have been ordinary and inconvenient, they seem to have trouble with measuring, and I get the impression that that guy will never think anyone else's ideas are better than his.

Even agreeing with the judges' criticisms, I'd have given the bathroom win to Alison's team and the bedroom win to Taniya's. Overall, I guess I'd give the win to Alison's team. I think it was a mistake to go so masculine in the guys' bathroom design, even if I did like it.

I really hope Alison was being facetious about using that "art." If not, wow. There's a reason why some of us are called artists and the rest of us are not, Alison, and as someone who prides herself on having a "good" eye for picking out the "best" pieces in antique stores, you should know that.

Also did not see the big deal about Ty's janky headboard. Maybe if it'd been higher? It seemed out of proportion with the bed and the accent wall. Otherwise, meh.

Man, there's some sloppy work going on in these houses. I see some serious clean-up work in someone's future, before HGTV can sell these houses.

The headboard was too low. They could have added a few more pieces of driftwood. It was out of proportion with the bed and the room in general. I liked the look of it but the execution was off.

  5. Chelsea seems to,have the bots for every man now whether they are married or not. LOL!!!! Her two lust affair for Rey was very deep people and she needs some guy with a pulse. I guess Nick is free and single.

nuSummer seems to be working out okay. Unfortunately, Michael Mealor still looks constipated and sweaty all the time. I know he’s popular in the role but he never looks well. Very odd.

Susan Walters is finally in color and with her bright smile she looks awesome. I’m really glad she’s back. While I think it be stupid if Jack were to fall for again she’s much more manageable to take than Michelle Stafford. Phyllis is so manic and OTT that even I’m tired of it. I have always know these are actors playing a role but Phyllis lately has gotten really bad. I didn’t even like her and Nick at the end of their storyline because they were always fighting. Now, she sorta had Jack back and she screwed that up, too. Diane ain’t no said and she was playing Phyllis perfectly but Phyllis was too dumb to realize it and got caught.

  6. The “farmhouse” turned out nice but it was kind of residential. The inside looked great but I guess the house is used more of as a sleeping place and then you go out on the town and discover the area. While I think the show goes way OTT with the themes on the lakes this house was the total opposite. I guess in the end it would depend what you are looking for. At least, the house itself was a complete dumpster dive from the beginning and just needed to be reconfigured and styled.

Kudos to Team Alison for getting rid of her “art piece.” 😂

I didn’t think Team Homeless Guy should have won because of the vanity being so close to that shower enclosure. That was a hard no for me.

It was funny because before they physically walked into the bathroom I said, that vanity is too close to the shower. I was glad it was pointed out and not glossed over. I guess Ty won more for the bedroom wall accent color and driftwood board headboard. I didn’t mind that but I think they should have lost for the space issue in the bathroom alone. Also, why is Ty (who I like) still screaming. Both Allison & Tania both took normally during the whole introduction portion of the show.

  8. Ryan being happy that his psycho daughter had sex with Nicholas is gross and kind of funny. I guess if Esme is Felicia daughter it was when she was off screen for years, right? I guess she could have been in a coma and didn’t know just like Nina?! The whole thing sounds dumb but I like that they want to give Kristina Wagner a storyline (although, her voice has always annoyed me) and, she gets to work more with Jon Lindstrom but overall it’s pretty dumb if it is indeed what’s going on.

  9. I’m watching an episode from 1986. There is some fancy party at the Aldan mansion. When soaps had budgets. Jeff Tractia from The Bold and the Beautiful is on. I don’t recall him being on the show but at that time I was working and might have missed this. Oh, no! Tricia is being attacked in her bedroom by some guy. Gotta go.

  10. Ryan Long was a big hit at our local ABC (Ch. 6 - Philadelphia) studio. All the anchors wanted to meet him and have their picture taken with him. He just seems like a nice person it’s nice he’s won some cash that will help him out. In the open field I’m not sure how well he will do. He seemed a little slower in pace which he did admit was tough and Jeopardy has become more of a race and about speed along with knowing the answers. I’m looking forward to see how he does. I’m also a big Matt Amodio fan so it should be a fun tournament to watch this season.

This is a new spin off from the Challenge which I love.

eta. Jonathan would have been kick ass in this.  Too bad it filmed before his season of Survivor aired.

I’m sure he’ll be on the next one if it gets renewed by CBS. He’d be perfect for it. I might give it a gander. I think I’ve seen only one episode. I watched it back in the day when it was Real World bs Road Rules but that’s like 25 years ago. LOL!!!! I didn’t know anyone so it didn’t hold my interest.

Dom looks too old for this though. He’s 43 but what do I know. Maybe, he’s a beast. Sarah has a serious tat. Yikes! From reading the format preview it sounds like a good format with competitions which I like on Survivor but with less strategy and less alliance possibilities. It will be good mindless fun along with Big Brother to get me through the summer. I have no idea who has the best chance of winning which should make it less predictable for me. LOL!!!!

I was so disappointed in Britt’s acting today. She’s been one of my favorites but yesterday and today, she was so over the top that she was not believable. Please bring her back to being a doctor at GH.

This might be what KT was talking about a few weeks ago on twitter. She was basically saying she wasn’t responsible for what the viewers would be seeing storyline wise. I’m not exactly sure what in particular she was hinting at. Being knocked down in to a pool or working with Josh Kelly or Britt looking kind of week and pathetic the past few days. I’m think the weak and pathetic part. They build Britt to have many layers and nuances but now she’s rather pathetic. Hopefully, FV & the writers will correct that soon.

  13. Temp Brando sure has a skinny face. Different looking. He didn’t anything for me. New unneeded character Dex/Dax shows up and I couldn’t remember who he was because I think it’s only his second appearance. Hopefully, he’s not on contract. I like Cameron Mathison but he is so wrong as Drew. His constant comforter role to all of Port Charles is sooooo boring. I know he loves everyone of his cast mates because he likes everyone of their Instagram posts. Nice guy but not needed and wrong for the part. Finally, the stable set is beautiful (so is the horse) but I could think of a few characters who could use a place called home. Just sayin……

  14. I kept thinking they should do an episode of former Jeopardy winners. Meanwhile, I kept trying to figure out who Kelly was. I thought she was an actress from a soap opera or something. Then I thought she’s really smart and will get booted off just before the end and still trying to figure out why I know her. And, then it was revealed she was part of Jeopardy Clues Crew. I don’t remember when they dropped that part. I know it had to be before Alex died. Anyway, the pot was a decent amount and thought the guy would win.

    November 2022.

Fifteen players start out: the professors' tourney winner, the college tourney winner, and 13 from regular games. Here are the current standings.

When the contestants missed "bray" and "chez" right off the bat, I feared the game would be a dud, but it wasn't. I wondered if they would have accepted "melee" instead of "fray" or "psychology" without specifying "clinical." I also knew Jill Biden because I remembered the flap over her calling herself "doctor" when she isn't an M.D.

I got FJ but thought it was kind of obscure, not the sort of thing most people would know if they aren't myth buffs. A movie buff might remember that Castor and Pollux Troy were the baddies in the Travolta/Cage movie Face/Off. Agamemnon and Menelaus wasn't a bad guess; Achilles and Aeschylus was. Aeschylus was not mythic!

    Thanks and duly noted.

  16. I was just reading an interview with Ryan from our affiliate in Philadelphia Channel 6. He said he bright to shirts and pants. He didn’t think he’d be there more than a day or two. He said the wardrobe people were very helpful to him. He doesn’t have some high paying job and I’m sure his winnings will be a great help. He was a good player but never had huge payouts to get him in the $500,000 but his winnings aren’t anything to sneeze at. I will confess that I don’t watch the whole show. First off, I dvr it. Secondly, I only watch the introduction and then forward to about 20 minutes. So I was really shocked to see he was in 3rd place going in to Final Jeopardy and with hardly any money.

Well, on to another champion to see what he can do. The long running arcs are always fun to watch though. I’m looking forward to the Tournament of Champions to see who wins that. Good times ahead.

On Reddit, a poster said Rob told his Patreon group that he had to remove the part about Ponderosa. Rob usually doesn’t censor or allow himself to be bullied about removing content, so I think CBS telling him to take it down is a good guess.  Unless Drea threatened him with legal action, but he might have welcomed that as it could actually expose what she did.  It seems more likely he wouldn’t want to rock the boat with CBS.

And, luckily that part of the Ponderosa discussion was a the end of the whole interview. It was probably a seemless edit. Had in been dropped throughout the whole video it might have been a real cluster you know what. LOL!!!!
