Julianna Marguiles in the car, under natural light, really exposes how the makeup department goes absolutely nuts on her face. I realize she's 47 and has very pale complexion but good grief do they need to dial it back a ton. My favorite scene of the episode was Diane meeting with Will's asshole client.
