Same. I'll tweet them, in case they aren't looking here.

I was under the impression that the top half of the building didn't even exist yet with walls, etc! Which is another thing: the furniture also bothered me, but you do not build a building from the ground up, you do the whole building worth of a thing (e.g. windows) and then move to the next. That building had 10 floors of windows and the top 10 floors of just beams and stuff.

I don't know what this means, but apparently guests and twists every week? I feel like that has the chance of getting stale within a month. I wonder if fans will go in one week?

I think Zach is going to be back too.

I like that Vanessa has a lot of money and a career. I do not like people treating reality shows like a charity or a step to fame. (And yet I love reality TV even though at least 90% of contestants these days seem to fall in one of those categories)

Attractive Clay seems worthless. He's a recruit ("just learned about the show this year") and just wants to be loved by the public (i.e. get famous). I vote to evict Clay.
ETA two things:
(1) Based on my normal first impression, Clay will likely end up being my favorite
(2) Do they move in today? I know the show starts next week, but I'm not clear on how long they are usually in the house pre-filming. I thought it was only 3-4 days, but they have to be sequestered already.

Didn't Josh Hamilton recently leave his wife? I seriously doubt her and Heather will ever be neighbors.

I am really looking forward to the one (Ian?) who leaves because he "feels Kaitlyn isn't there for the right reasons". That is just wonderful.

Photos of the house! The layout is relatively similar, but the changes they made I think are actually pretty nice looking.

Maybe they could do a desert theme... sand everywhere, dry pool, cacti. I guess we will find out today, though I am guessing the theme will again be "Ikea chic in fluorescent colors".
-
While the drought restrictions in CA are quite strict, the use and filling of pools is still allowed. The restrictions are much more about the completely pointless wastes, like watering your sidewalk (ahem, all my neighbors). We are even allowed to wash our cars as long as the hose is shut off when we are not spraying the car. Do not know where pointless spraying of reality show contestants falls in the rules, but as long as they reduce by 30% from last year, they are OK.

That would fit with the theme this season of the episodes not actually ending. Think we will get an actual rose ceremony this week?

That's hilarious. Embarrassing Nick and smug Reality Steve all in one season? Happy summer, everyone!

I don't know how they got this, but here's a screenshot of the 1st episode script. NEW TWIST. Also the HGs don't know each other so presumably no returners, though Big Brother writing is nothing if not clunky.

I also find that BBAD is sufficient for me. Not sure if you have a TV package that has PopTV (Dish & DirecTV have it for sure), but they know they are on TV at that time and tend to do things. It's on late so I record it and can fast forward the next day after work. It's enough to show me I wouldn't want full time feeds, but still get a feel for how they are outside of CBS editing.

There was a story on SportsCenter this morning about what it's like to be a Cleveland fan, and the guy they interviewed (sorry wasn't paying attention to who) said that the most typical Cleveland way for this series to go is a Game 7 buzzer beater by the Warriors. As a casual fan of both teams, that would be incredible (and seems possible the way the series is going). I find this series so much more entertaining than any of the previous 5-ish years.

Nick and Whitney?!? Hahahaha. I hope they show up together to the Men Tell All thing.

I agree. I don't like any of them. There seems to be a lot of love around for Shawn on other boards. I don't see it. His head is too long, he looks like Alf and his hair do is from some other decade or planet.
HA!

Am I a total weirdo that I think that item should be in museum or something? They have the Unabomber's actual cabin at the Newseum in DC, so I guess not that weird.

I am always amazed when they stand there and let the guys propose. That is some real commitment to show production. I would feel compelled to stop them before they embarrassed themselves. Who did Ben F propose to? Ashley? His rejection was really classic TV, and she knew very well that she didn't want him and she seems like a nice enough person.

It seems the Cavs are pushing themselves as far as they can:
I don't know if they collectively have 96 more minutes of winning in them, but if they do I will be damn impressed.

The A's had six All Stars last year, and during the game Jeff Samardzija was also in the A's roster but he got in as a Cub. So, 6.5? (No, only six, but the photos with all 7 of them last year were fun).
Of those only 2 are still on the roster and 1 has been injured all year, thus them being really bad.

I have read only the beginning of Helter Skelter that describes how the bodies were found, but I think I will never feel not scared again. Should I keep reading? Is it just page after page of terror? I sure as hell am not sleeping tonight!

Ha, thanks. I'm getting through it, having instituted a "no Helter Skelter after 8pm" rule. I need to hurry up though, because since Bugliosi died just after I checked it out, there's now a wait list for it!
