interesting this was posted 3 weeks ago. wasn't that right around the time the bubble and filming started? I don't think veterans were there yet but if any vets had safety concerns they probably would have voiced them by then Is it a coincidence that Hannah (a DCC hardly ever shown on MTT) is the veteran on the thumbnail? Maybe I'm reading into it but if what Hannah said about ratings is true, then from a promotional lens it would make sense to draw attention to her, Lily, Brennan, and Meredith right before the new season. Then when MTT shows their cuts the audience will be more invested. which would probably mean more views and ratings.....do we know if they posted anything about the other vets lately?

From what I have been told there are 17 on show group with 2 new TCCs and 2 new veterans. 41 candidates currently in the hotel, 1 veteran doing the one day audition. but if i remember correctly there are only a few more days left of training camp right? I really hope this is an exaggeration, but I was also told there is almost no social distancing or mask wearing and that TPTB had them all leave the hotel for stadium practices and show group auditions CMT is there filming but waiting to announce season 15 because they could get shut down

Raiderettes had a 2 day in person audition at MGM. not much was posted about it on their social media. Rumor has it some of the girls were positive and exposed other finalists. If that is true then I would be hosting virtual practices too!

Once again smplsimon you are right on the money, showbiz money that is. Productions are starting back up in places like California where they have controlled closed off sets for short time blocks. That all is safe compared to 100+ people who traveled from all over the country to have an extended stay in a Texas hotel. Is it really a bubble if the TCCs are traveling, not quarantining, and posting on social media about starting training camp? On instagram this week a lot of cheers teams have announced veteran only squads. looking around in some of their comments sections it looks like the NFL may have restricted entertainment squads from being on the field during the games? if that is true then why are they have a bubble for a show about making a team that wont be on the field as a team? or if they are all wanting being on tv then why not make the team virtually like all those singing competition shows did back at the start of this mess

I believe you are referring to when the returning veterans start. The new TCCs begin sooner. Since you seem to be skeptical of where this info is coming from I will let you know that I am a hairdresser in the DFW area and do a few of the girl's hair (and before a witch hunt starts: no I do not work at tangerine and yes they can get their hair done at other salons) Ive followed along for awhile on this forum because it comes up time to time. compared to what my clients have told me, smplsimon is pretty spot on with their information. One of my usual girls came in this week and was pretty distraught over the news of an in person hotel training camp bubble. The impression I got was that some girls were excited about going back and others were scared about the safety of it all. I was alarmed by the handful of holes in the planning but I only heard from one girl so hopefully TPTB are working on it

If TPTB were able to virtually select a handful of TCCs from the hundreds of online applications why wouldn't they hold a virtual training camp? They have virtual kids camps and prep classes. If every other NFL cheer team conducted their training camps virtually why wouldn't DCC? Everything from this point forward is for the TV show. starting next week with relocating the TCCs to Texas for in person training camp

most The new girls were encouraged not to make permanent living situations with Texas being a hot spot and all Their bubble wont happen at The Star too much of a risk infecting players
