  1. I'm 100% with you that show was a mess. I like the adult cast, but the kid and writing, as you said, was terrible.
  2. I still found the whole Quiddlers concept offensive. I so would want to learn to double dutch. I'm looking forward to seeing that. Mostly, I'd want to do the acts that don't require high heels.
  3. I was also surprised by how much I enjoyed the show. I felt old because I don't know who Jeff or Alan are, but that didn't deter from the enjoyment. With shows like this, so much is dependent on how committed the participants are. I'm looking forward to the dog act the most, I don't know how they can possibly learn the strength/balance moves in a week. I think I was a little put off by the little dancers, I think it seemed offensive to little people, but maybe I'm just oversensitive.
  4. I'm way happier about this than a I should be.
  5. I'm devastated that Playing House probably won't be renewed. But I have loved Eliza Coupe since she was on Scrubs and I loved Better Off Ted so much that I'll savor every episode, no matter what.
  6. Gear reminds me so much of Eric, the older brother on Boy Meets World. I'm completely fascinated by the similarities between Gear and Eric. I'm glad it was Felle that left. I get the feeling of utter contempt for women from both Felle and Dutch. Yuck.
  7. I was so sad for Megan. My husband and I thought she looked great in her uniform, she has such a tiny waist, and I felt like the shorts highlighted her hourglass figure. I really wish they'd kept her. I think a little bit of body diversity would serve the DCC well. I live in the DFW area and the receptionist at my husband's old office was a member of DCC (this was several years ago) and he never heard complaints about her missing work for practice.
