i just realize Gibbs weakness are boys and Phinneous was raised by Sahar whose only goal is to get Ziva, and they are basically in the same room now, i think Gibbs just like the last time will be vulnerable and get shot by Phinneous, or Ziva just like 14 years ago will shoot another to save Gibbs only this time it is somebody close to Gibbs. at the end its either Gibbs die or Ziva dies or Phinneous dies
