I honestly doubt Sarah will audition, she's only a freshman in college and according to her insta she's in a sorority, it'll probably be a couple years before we see her auditioning

The only real reason that I can personally see Victoria being moved up over a veteran is that since as a rookie she was in the very back, so moving her could mean less changes in formation and in their sections than moving Heather or Caroline or really any other vet.
