I don't understand the point of Leyland any longer or why the church trusts him so much. I get the general taking a man's word over a woman's in this episode with the Nun Vs Leyland, but by and large why does he have so much access? I liked the crossing off of the sigils this episode, another baby step towards moving the story forward.

Loved the moment when Ben mentioned how they look into cases, they don't make any sense of it and then move on. The callbacks are making me feel hopeful that the show might progress this season. That said, why was the demon joining the couple in bed? I thought their coupling was causing it to fall apart?

I wonder if they are going to kill off Andy or have him join the demon gang. I'm not sure if this case is truly solved. And I'm still not seeing any larger picture with this programme, what happened to the map with the symbols again? Now we have David playing spy games for some reason.

I'm interested in seeing where things go with the husband being back and being suspicious of Sheryl. Other than that it is back to the same old "inconclusive" investigations. They need to work to tie things together a bit with stories that end in the same episode plus an overarching storyline that runs for the season or the whole series...

There's a lot happening on this show. I'm not sure where they are doing with this. I guess Thony might be released to carry on being an informant. Then she and Arman team up to take down Hayek. The clear line right now is her getting released on bail/deported but I'm sure they will find a last-minute save that will keep her around after all she is the lead

Your list of preposterous stories + Ben reminds me - whatever happened to Ben's girlfriend and her "sister"? was that resolved? did I miss it?
-
I'm over them not being successful at anything and being oblivious to their failures. The confession scene was powerful...till it became about sex.

This episode made my skin itch.

Abigail becoming the 'good witch' would have been interesting especially since she is such a chaotic character and some of her magic used to go awry in the early days and she would misread situations.

Diane taking advice from her right wing husband ....woo chile! #mess #mess #mess "RBG" telling the story about having to step aside for men, it not the same as the optics of a white woman and a black firm. You can tell this show is mostly written by white people. What of the black women? Do they not deserve things? They have had to step aside for white men and white women. The white client asking "who is she?! about a black female senior partner - yikes! All the white clients who are more comfortable with having a white lawyer. And it is really messed up that none of the other partners have any kind of back story or character development like we had with other partners at "Lockhart, Gardner". Diane was definitely being a snake with the way she told her clients about her "step down" chicken. And a white man decides the way forward., calling it a "race war"...smh. Quiet as its kept, I can see why this show lost a lot of its original black cast members. to be honest, I'm not sure why I'm still watching this show.

What happened with the chain flower shop that was trying to buy Abigail's flower shop? Was that "resolved" with the Mayor splitting her flower order between Abigail's shop and the new flower shop?

Do you mean this comment? Seems I misunderstood what you were referring to, I thought you were referring to the red moon storyline being crap. I'll take back my like 🙂.

I loved Joy and Zoey - the actresses had good chemistry - I wish we saw more of them, but I'm happy for their happy ending. Not sure why they threw in the last minute surgery for Tom - guess they wanted to give everyone something to do. Could everyone see the red moon? They have had press in the town for everything from a random festivals to flower blooming, but nothing for this freak weather and red moon? I wonder if they dropped the French boyfriend storyline once they knew the show was going to end? Stephanie and Adam getting married on a random boat not using the moment to show off the church they saved? I thought Adam was going to stay behind to help look after Stephanie's business then he just left and joined her. Abigail and Donovan's ending made sense, those two were never on the same page. Oddly breaking the "curse" was what kept them together. The break up also begs the question, did they really break that curse?

Cassie gifted Sam hand written Paul McCartney lyrics, safe to say in good witch world they are incredibly wealthy - lol.

Has Sam always known about the search for the amulet? Finally, grey house guests...ooops, it was a mirage. What happened to the plot with the french teacher? Was that done after that one date? Clearly, there's not much happening in Middleton since everyone is able to drop everything to look for this amulet. And turning up to do this dressed up and not in casual clothes. Pretending Sam has known about Cassie being a witch for a while. Surely, that should have been an episode in itself?
