    29 vets were coming back, Lauren retired last minute, Gabby was cut at finals, so 27 went into TC.  Yes, she kept saying 30 returning.  She also said more than 400 auditioned.

    Final Roster:  (Someone grabbed the one where Amanda didn't make the copy and paste thanks to tech gremlins, the spot is there but her name didn't appear in it.)

    37, 10 rookies, 27 vets.  29 vets were re-auditioning, Lauren retired last minute due to injury and Gabby was cut at finals.

    The answer to this will largely depend on what you consider 'the best'. 

    This too is nothing new.  Look back at like Jordan Chanley (no offense to her) but they fully admitted she was the WORST dancer in the room but kept her because of the support she had from the rest of the squad.  I can think of several others they've done this with.

    I still find it interesting that the year VK tries out, Kelli switches it up and has other people give out stickers.  That way the decision was not 100% hers.

    Actually GL and guest choreo have had stickers for as long as she's been using them.  Before that they were brought into the office to give opinions and their opinions counted, this is nothing new.

    27 returning vets.  Generally takes a week or two to get Twitter, near first game.

    Why not?  Didn't they do so already?  It shouldn't rely on seniority.  It should have to do with who has strong dance skills in the DCC style and the sparkle to sell it.

    Kashara was a third year as point and had she come back for a 5th year she'd have more than likely kept point.  Think that's pretty obvious.

    Not true.  I often have those "if only" thoughts even when I know there's nothing more I could have done.

    I was watching season 3 and 4 the last two days and in 4 after they do the fat body scan the woman doing them tells one of the girls to gain weight at like 22% (don't quote me) body fat and I nearly spit my drink everywhere.

    They're not going to not film the final cut unless it's a vet being released like Erica was, which I highly doubt.  I believe TC continues until Thursday actually.

    Then why are all the TCC so weak?

    Edit: After reading that I saw it could look argumentative but that's not how it's meant.  I'm completely serious, if this is high caliber why do they all suck so bad?  I'd rather have a bunch mediocre who give it their all than the "high cal" who turn out to stink.  Maybe it's just me.

    I find it interesting how every year and especially this year we kept hearing "This is the most talented group we've ever had." and now it's "Wow they suck."  It's went down from 600+ to 150, in a couple years I'll be able to roll out there in my wheelchair and make TC because so few will audition.  This isn't what it used to be and it's sad.
