Jill is always about Jill.The money is for her. She reminds me of my mom,who hated spending money on me.And there were only 2 of us kids.She would even wince at having to give me lunch money for school. But I doubt the Rod kids even get lunch? I suspect in a lot of these fundy families,they sleep late,then just have brunch and dinner to save money,cooking time and dishes/plates/cups

Yes,and this is bound to be so boring for them.It doesn't appear there are really any age appropriate programs they would enjoy there.None for teens and young ppl,either. Some churches really need to up their game on this,if they want to keep families interested in attending.I know there are complaints about some churches being more like a rock concert these days,but they're doing what they can to keep the younger folks interested.Jmo

But I kwym.I don't have any brothers,but when my cousin from Fl came to stay with us,he would eat a whole mixing bowl full of mashed potatoes every day for dinner.My mom told him if he would go dig them from the garden,she would fix them.He'd never had food fresh from a garden,so that was a real treat.She fixed one bowl just for him,and one for everyone else.LOL

I think Philip having David's ears doesn't help matters,either

I'm thinking the same.Most men would be working hard to provide for their large families,but many fundies seem to get away with not doing so.David could work and bring in a paycheck,and they could still tour on weekends,which they ;prob. do anyway.Anything but rely on hand outs and the evil gov't!

I hope the kids got more than 1 jellybean or piece of candy per egg.I wonder if many of them were empty. My parents pulled the same kinds of cons on me.They didn't have any money/enough money for anything and everything.My dad was an electrical engineer,and my mom worked at the same place as a parts supervisor.I'm not stupid,as I'm sure the older Rod kids know mom and dad just got a huge stimulus check and can afford more than they're willing to give them

My mom would do that and then get mad at ME,and claim I was greedy if I said anything.No doubt Jill does the same It seems since they can't have more kids,they're getting pets instead.Which is going to become a zoo in no time.They've a cat,dog,bunny,pigs and Idk what all else

I think it's part of Jill's con to have the littles dressed in frumpers that are outdated,old and ill fitting? Add in thin, starving and underfed,and she has ppl throwing money at her,which is just what she wants

And free dessert for SEVERELY paralyzed Amy. No doubt Jill was ticked when they didn't give her a free one,as she was going to gobble up a lot of it He ran off looking for food

Agree.The girls are cutting up taters and adding in cheese packets.Cheap. Celebrate by giving everyone a big steak dinner! Wishful thinking on my part
